Very clean room and centrally located with access to key attractions. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located 100m from the metro station. Also not for from some of the attractions. The stuff seem to try and help, but communication with them is difficult. There are laundry machines for use, which is really great. The room is as it appears in the web pictures. However, for such a room size, it lacks furniture - a footbench, a small sofa (and not just a chair). So it comes to having to open a suitcase on the floor. The light in room is very, very poor. And there are no reading lamps by the beds. The sink surface is very small (this cannot be seen in the web pictures), and there is hardly place to put toiletries by the sink. Moreover, the magnifying mirror does not have a place there, so they put it on the desk. There is no electrical outlet by the sink, so we could use our electrical toothbrushes. There is a cupboard under the sink. It is scratched and broken (see attached picture). Several amenities don't work at all or work improperly: the coffee machine, the refrigerator (and we bought yoghurt to store inside, as they don't serve them at breakfast..), the kettle is with rust (see attached picture), the safe is locked and cannot be used, the AC cannot controlled per room (so during the night it was rather hot for us). The room windows are not clean, so we left the curtains unopened. The corridor and elevator carpets are old, with stains and not clean enough. The western options in the breakfast buffet are *very* dull. There is not one sign in English that specifies what kind of food is in the bowl or jar. Actually, there are no signs in English in all the hotel, and in the room.

We had reserved two rooms and arrived at the hotel at 6PM. We checked-in immediately but one of the rooms were being cleaned-up at the moment, they let us in anyway. They changed bed sheets and towels but didn’t care to clean the floor, then we found some leftovers from the previous guests. Breakfast was good.

I was very satisfied with the room, and the staff appointed before were very serious and responsible.Room facilities and equipment, clean and tidy.

The only great point about this hotel is the location just less than 300metre from Metro Subway Station Line 2. The reception front desk staff are robotic, not well trained to answer question much. They only attend to you at counter that's all. Don't go extra miles to help or assist non hotel questions. The hotel room is large and comfortable but the unit is facing main road with traffic noises early morning, which is pretty noisy and annoying even on Level 10. Breakfast is good and reasonable selections available, don't be picky mainly local Chinese offerings on Level 10.

Good location. Line 1 and 2 with easy access to most attractions . One stop from Gulou. Plenty of eateries around. 矮子酥饼 must try. Weijia is next door. The bad - toilet.

Is a nicely renovated room which is very comfortable. The cleaner clean the room every day.

The location is very near to the metro Beidajie Exit C, making it convenient to go around the city. Surrounded with food and convenient stores. The room is clean and spacious.

I always stay in this hotel when I come to Xi 'an, so I don't have to say the location.Environmental facilities are veryPerfect service housekeeper is very friendly, Xi' an city is beautiful, and I will come again if I have the opportunity.

The Huiyuan Jinjiang International Hotel is very centrally located. Walking distance to the subway and many convenience stores. The room was quite big and fitted the three of us with our big luggages well. Unfortunately the central heating was not on and the room was very cold (18degrees celsius) in November. They brought us extra blankets, but it was not very comfortable to stay in a cold room. There was also a bad smell coming out of the toilet.

The location is great and very convenient as it is very near to the metro station and there’re lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The room is well prepared, there’s a tea and coffee station in the room. The service is great and their laundry is good, they provide laundry detergent, their washing machines can also dry the clothes.
