We loved staying at the Ritz Carlton Xi’an, perfect location for metro (1mins) away and the shopping centre with restaurants. The restaurants in the hotel was delicious. The bed was quite comfortable and the interior looks modern and luxurious. We would stay here again if we come back to Xi’an.

An absolutely amazing experience. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and couldn’t be more helpful. The room was beautiful and had everything I needed. 10/10 for the flair bar on the 27th floor, all staff members were very attentive and lovely to speak to.

We are very pleased with the services of the front desk manager Ms Sophie who showed great care and assistance during our stay as my wife suffered an injury and Sophie was v helpful to assist us with great care and thoughtful arrangements. Definitely a worthy Ritz Carlton experience

My family traveled across China in July 2025 and had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an. It was an outstanding experience — everything (and I mean everything) was a perfect 10/10. While a certain level of excellence is expected from a five-star hotel, what truly sets this property apart is its people. A special mention goes to Felix from the Concierge Team, who was helpful from the moment we checked in and continued to assist us throughout our stay. We would also like to acknowledge Francis Kuah, the General Manager, whose genuine dedication left a lasting impression. From his warm greetings in the morning at the breakfast buffet to his friendly evening conversations with my family at the Lobby Bar, Francis’s personal touch made us feel truly valued. We were so impressed by our stay in Xi’an that we even changed our hotel booking in Chengdu to The Ritz-Carlton there — a switch that Francis himself graciously helped arrange. We absolutely loved our time at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an, and cannot recommend it highly enough.

I had an amazing experience at the Ritz Carlton, Xi’an. The room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, stylish, well-decorated and modern. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, well-equipped and the shower was amazing. The staff were all so warm, professional and attentive. The food at both restaurants was incredible delicious, fresh, beautifully prepared with a wide variety of cuisines. The spa service was divine. I would not consider staying anywhere else on ny next visit.

Great hotel, slightly aged but service is impeccable. Shoutout to William best English speaker we met in China, and great maitre!

The hotel is located near a mall with supermarkets and restaurants. The room is ok. The only negative issue is that the drainage system in the shower needs to be repaired.

Another excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. Every time we visit the Ritz we feel special and we are always treated with such care and great hospitality. This stay was no exception! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome. 🤗

A last minute decision- best decision ever. What a stunning hotel room. From check in to check out nothing negative to say. Staff were amazing. Room was just wow. Rooftop bar is a must. So glad we chose to visit.

Room is very spacious, there is a shopping mall which is just beside the hotel, but with nothing much to buy as the things sold are upclass and more expensive. Metro station is also just beside the hotel but a bit far from the tourist site. Breakfast buffet is extensive with a lot of choices and food is quite good with both western and Chinese selection.

With Ritz Carlton, it's expected to be good. But 8 want to say their staff is very friendly, polite and welcoming. From housekeeping ayi, buffet kitchen staff, restaurant servers, to floor manager , all would greet me with eye contact and a smile. They were very helpful. One of my best hotel experiences. Well done management team. 👍

The hotel is beautiful and lovely and the facilities are excellent i.e. the swimming pool, gym, sauna, restaurants The metro station is just downstairs and the old town centre is only six stations away. The staff is helpful and well informed and will provide answers to any questions, advice and solutions .
