The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an

Lovely hotel room with daily treats from the hotel, super comfortable bed!

We loved staying at the Ritz Carlton Xi’an, perfect location for metro (1mins) away and the shopping centre with restaurants. The restaurants in the hotel was delicious. The bed was quite comfortable and the interior looks modern and luxurious. We would stay here again if we come back to Xi’an.

Beautiful hotel with all amenities. Club lounge is a nuce place to relax and they have differnt offerings throughout the day. Service is always excellent, but room could be a bit cleaner for this price.

Every stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an feels like coming home. Growing up in Xi’an and now studying abroad, I return here whenever I miss my hometown. The familiar fragrance in the lobby and the bath amenities always bring back memories of Xi’an. Even more heartwarming is that so many staff members remember my name and greet me with a smile, which makes me feel genuinely cared for. Special thanks to Leo at the front desk, who always goes out of his way to arrange the rooms I like with great professionalism and attention to detail. Marshall from Concierge is consistently attentive and reliable at the entrance. Ms. Zhang and Ms. Chen from Housekeeping work diligently, even late at night, and their dedication has touched me deeply. I’m also grateful to the two interns from Guest Relations — their warmth and professionalism left me with truly memorable experiences. Because of such genuine and dedicated people, The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an is not just a hotel to me, but truly another home. Thank you for giving me comfort and warmth whenever I miss Xi’an.

My family traveled across China in July 2025 and had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an. It was an outstanding experience — everything (and I mean everything) was a perfect 10/10. While a certain level of excellence is expected from a five-star hotel, what truly sets this property apart is its people. A special mention goes to Felix from the Concierge Team, who was helpful from the moment we checked in and continued to assist us throughout our stay. We would also like to acknowledge Francis Kuah, the General Manager, whose genuine dedication left a lasting impression. From his warm greetings in the morning at the breakfast buffet to his friendly evening conversations with my family at the Lobby Bar, Francis’s personal touch made us feel truly valued. We were so impressed by our stay in Xi’an that we even changed our hotel booking in Chengdu to The Ritz-Carlton there — a switch that Francis himself graciously helped arrange. We absolutely loved our time at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an, and cannot recommend it highly enough.

I had an amazing experience at the Ritz Carlton, Xi’an. The room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, stylish, well-decorated and modern. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, well-equipped and the shower was amazing. The staff were all so warm, professional and attentive. The food at both restaurants was incredible delicious, fresh, beautifully prepared with a wide variety of cuisines. The spa service was divine. I would not consider staying anywhere else on ny next visit.
