Hotel guests use a dedicated elevator that is separated from the staff going to and from the office. The entrance to the laundry room is accessible only when there is a room key. The washing machine is not unlocked until the washing is completed. The menu for breakfast was a little different for two days. It's hot, but the indoor temperature of the breakfast restaurant on the second floor is very cool. It's nice to have a yogurt dispenser. Tableware is heavy, but I'm glad it's not plastic. Coffee has a strong bitter taste, but it's rich in cappuccino's velvet milk foam. Sleeping gowns are for summer, light and very long. The blanket is thick and soft and light. The blanket cover does not feel rough at all, so there is no burden on sensitive skin. The pillow is chubby but very light. It has a view of the train station north of Xi'an, and the night view is great. There are no carpets in the room and the floor is wood. It's convenient to have a marble shelf where you can sit in the shower room. The drain of the shower booth is slow.

Staff did not speak English and they were not interested in helping us communicate. They asked us to wait 20 minutes for someone to speak to us and that person did not arrive. Breakfast poor for the expectations we had some mi-level hotels we have visited this trip had better food. The coffee machine was not working during all the time we were there for breakfast and had no solution provided of any type. So, we had no cofffee.

Location are good and free shuttle to Xian Bao Train Station. Breakfast are simple but good enough.

A clean, no-frills hotel with reliable Wi-Fi and a convenient location—perfect for business travellers attending meetings nearby.

One metro stop from Xian North Railway Station on line 2 and a 10 minute walk from the metro station. Plenty of food and drink places close by.

Hotel staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is closer to the north railway station which is very convenient for travelers .

Despite being a 4 star hotel, this did not satisfy our expectations. The facilities were visibly aging. The entire bathroom floor, including the shower stall, was made from old wood that you can tell is rotting and dirty at the corners. Bathroom had a weird smell the whole time, possibly something wrong with the plumbing.

We are very satisfaction with this hotel. The room is very big and clean and comfort. The staffs are very friendly and helpfull. As our flight is at night, the hotel gives us late cek out until 3:00 pm. And the staffs (Rika, Grace, Cassie) and help us to order taxi to airport. Very recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

The hotel is quite near to Xi’an North Railway station. However looking for food is a problem. Not recommended unless you have an early train to catch.

Nice and simple hotel but very clean, the hotel room is cozy with good size.

Was so fortunate to get a free room upgrade. So sad I didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the beautiful room. Room is 10mins away by taxi to the train station
