The hotel is just located nearby YongNingMen Station. Front desk people is very friendly and polite. They even gave us some snacks and gifts when we are check in. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Superb:)

We had a lovely stay at OrangeHao Hotel in Xi’an with our family, booking three rooms. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment, making our trip truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff stood out with their friendly and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with any requests. However, a small note of caution: the hotel’s address on Google Maps is inaccurate, so be sure to double-check the location before heading over. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. Thank you for the excellent service!

Hotel location was great, nearby to walk to the city gate wall entrance and to the malls. I remember the first day i arrived at the hotel, front desk staff Su Liyan was very approachable. Throughout my stay, she was very helpful and even offer her help with my take away order. Hotel room was cleaned each day, fresh towel, water and toiletries were replaced each day. My clothing’s on the bed were even folded when i came back. Wow!

Easy accessible, MRT station is just nearby. Big room, comfy and clean. All staffs are friendly and helpful.

We booked a hotel over looking the city wall and we only paid $60 AUD but we got a beautiful room with breakfast included. I could not fault this hotel, the staff are so nice, they gave us welcome snacks and also gave us snacks to take with us after we checked out. There is a convenience store located downstairs and a metro station located nearby. We used didi pretty much all the time and was easy to locate this location when typing Chang an residence. Highly recommend this place!

Hotel room is very clean. All the receptionists were very helpful especially Xiao Zhang. He volunteering help us to carry our luggages to the room and helped us to open the wifi. He also recommended the interesting places.

Room spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Common hotel guest room amenities stocked in room - except for mini fridge and toothpaste. Good location not too far from Bell Tower -by foot 20 minutes. Nearest subway station -line 2, Yongningmen station - exit A. Would stay here again.

Very close to the Bell Tower. Staff is amazing, the room is clean. Also, the Peppa Pig blanket made me happier than it should :c Definitely recommend!

It’s a good transition hotel to catch train and flight from Xian Railway Station and Xian International airport. Would suggest the hotel would give a clear direction of how to go to the hotel from the nearest Metro.
