The big hotel not so far from a metro station (9 minutes). There are a lot of cafe's near here. The room is clean and enough big with separate toilet and shower-room. The view from our window is good The breakfast was really variety and tasty. I was disappointed only with drinks. It's the cool place!

Very convenient location, close to metro and Xi'an station if you plan to use it. Rooms and service were good, although my room smelled of cigarettes despite I booked non-smoking rooms. Would stay again.

The hotel is well located by train and metro. Lots of restaurant nearby. Rooms are very clean and staff is polite and doing everything to make you enjoy the stay.

THE hotel is simple but clean, everything works fine, not noisy, very good breakfast.

This place is simply Luxury, from the check-in to the breakfast, laundry, room. Everything was above what we expected. So close to the railway station and to the metro station. Great hotel, great breakfast! We had 1 room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was spacious, clean, and modern. We had breakfast at the hotel every day. The food was healthy, balanced, fresh, flavorful. I'd definitely stay there again!

An excellent hotel in the center of the old city. The team that received us at the reception does a professional job, willing to help with any question with a smile. The rooms are clean, the room is very spacious, close to the metro Line 1&4, and dozens of restaurants within 20 meters of the hotel. The communication with apps translation does a fantastic job. Stayed for 3 nights and got upgraded to a better room. The room is good. The location is a bit hard to find. Bus can not access the area. Short walk to restaurants and eateries.

Great Location right by Xi'an Train Station. Room was large and very clean. Good breakfast options. Cons: Good service but sometimes forgets to get things done.

Exceptional! I can't think of any problems. I would gladly return! Close to everything (metro 7min, Railway Station 4, mall 5, delicious baked pocket pastries 30sec). Everything clean and working perfectly, especially the little room service robot, and the self laundry machines can be operated 24h. And the views! Amazing!

Location: the location is very convenient for customers who want to take a train (railway) Restaurant: there are lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel, you can also walk to big department store (Wanda plaza) Convenience store: 3 steps walk from hotel 😝

The hotel is close to the Central Railway Station of Xian and also to the bus stop for the bus for the Terracota Warriors. The room was pretty big but unfortunately it smelled a bit of smoke, although we booked one for non-smokers. Breakfast buffet is nice and included in the price. I would recommend it.

Very close to subway station. Lively area (stores, restaurants). We felt like we got an upgrade because our room was huge. The bathroom was very big too. The shower was separate and big. The bedding was comfortable. It was also quiet as the room Watson the corner. The only minus was that the room smelled a bit like smoke. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here. Big recommendation!
