The hotel is within 10 mins' walk from the HuaQing palace. I've travelled for 2 weeks now and this is one of the more comfortable hotels I've stayed in. The counter staff 小丹 is very helpful and attentive to details. I've enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend you to choose this hotel if you plan to stay in this area to visit Terracotta soldiers.

The hotel is very charming and welcoming. It has everything you need to have an excellent stay. The breakfast is very varied and delicious, the location is excellent if you are going to visit the Terracotta Warriors and see the show at the Huaqing Palace. Everything is in order and clean. The people at the reception are very friendly. Special mention for Xiaoru, who was always very cordial and kind. She always tried to communicate with us, even with a translator. She offered to help us with everything. Seriously, Xiaoru, your personality and good attitude give the hotel a very special touch. I would stay here again and recommend it to people I know.

Was a great stay at this hotel. 李丹姐take very good care of us. Help us with the ticket for the chang he ge , make sure we are having sufficient to keep warm. The supper is supreme and tasty..they are very hospitality and make u feel at home . Very recommended to stay here . And they are very near to chang heng ge so after show can just walk back.

Great location and service. The fruit basket daily was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very attentive and enjoyed the food variety at the breakfast buffet and the bowl of noodles for supper. Staff named 晶晶 also kept in touch constantly to make sure that we are well.

Very good service, room is clean, loads of free goodies throughout the day. Fresh fruits were provided too. Most importantly, the service was indeed fantastic and is the best stay we had in China thus far. We would like to commend Ms Wang Xin. Very superb service provided.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and definitely the best during my trip to Xi An. The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly, always offering help to us whenever they could. They also provided us with a lot of fruits and local snacks as gifts. Highly recommended to stay there after visiting the Hua Qin Palace or watching the song of everlasting sorrow show!

The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, the service was top notch! They went above and beyond for gift bowls, snacks, and checking to make sure we have everything. They also helped a lot with navigating the city and local restaurant recommendations that were delicious!

The services of the hotel is unique and special. They have friendly staffs and clean rooms. Besides having breakfast, they provide tea breaks and even supper included in the room charges, very special. Would like to extend special thanks to the front office staffs and dinning hall staffs, friendly and helpful. Definitely a hotel to be recommended.
