Location is very good, staff is nice and room are basic and well for the monet

The place is really well located, it would be perfect if it wasn’t for the bad smell of cigarettes in all the common areas. The room doesn’t smell thought.

The hostel is not far from the Bell tower and other touristic places. Dormitory was clean. Staff members are also very nice and helpful (what to visit in XiAn, how to get to the main touristic places, where to eat, and so on). Price for a bed in a female dorm is very reasonable. Great stay for me as a solo traveler.

Nice place fort short stay in Xi'an just for rest after hard day. Not far from bell tower but a little bit hard to find...

I don’t advise international travellers to stay in this hostel. it’s not a typical hostel in the American/European sense. It’s a hostel for local students, etc. You won’t be able to communicate in English and make friends here. There is no kitchen, communal spaces are shabby, overall hostel interior is dark and more rugged. I booked a separate room with double bed for 4 nights, but I didn’t sleep even one night there. The advantages are central location, friendly and helpful staff (even though they don’t speak English), big and clean bed, clean curtains. The disadvantages prevailed though. The place smells bad: the kitchen area smells of cigarettes because it’s allowed to smoke inside, the corridor smells of fish, my room smelt of dampness and mold. The room was shabby and ragged, dirt spots on the walls, hairs on the toilet seat, stained mirrors, horrible old shower curtain with stains of black mold. Overall not a nice place to stay in.

Foreign female opinion. It was a bit hard to find. Behold taxi cant drop you at the main door and will leave you at a paralell road. Better arrive early to be able to look for it and find it. If you show thebpicture of the main door, people around there might help you find it. Other than that, its a very central location. There is a good balance quality/ price. Its cheap so dont expect too much. But i had a queen room, it had a private bathroom. Room was ok, bathroom was average. The place smells overall a bit to cigarrets but i would say finally its ok and I would go back.

The boss here so helpfull. The room is clean, air conditioning works well, everything is perfect. And the location 特别好。have a bicycle front the hostel. Cocok deh buat yang mau backpacker. Transportation so easy to find near the hostel. Easy to find a food.

It was a nice stay, the staff was really friendly. Easy to check in. The location is great at the heart of Xi’an close to everything you want.. night life, museums and all what you’re looking for in Xi’an

Very nice staff and good location not far from Bell tower

A basic hostel in the city center. It got the job done. But, i wouldn't recommend it or book again. I was on the top bunk next to the lockers. The top of the lockers were covered in mouse poop. The AC didn't work and the shower was gross. The female dorm shares a window with the little bar area so you can hear everyone talking. I got very little sleep between that and the heat. Check in was easy enough. Location and price were good. Communication with the property was fine. The owner sleeps by the front door so if you're home late he will let you in. Not the worst place and very affordable. The bedding was clean.

The lady was really nice! Location a little bit far but bearable, the street full of nice food and nice people!! If you have to stay few days it’s the perfect place!

I stayed for 2 nights and was quite satisfied (though I had a strange roommate who was not aware of general hostel rules..) . Also I checked in early in the morning without problems. Clean, very affordable, good location. If you’re looking for a hostel with very good standards choose here.

The youth hostel was empty but no doubt only because of covid restrictions just ending and chinese new year happening so there were almost no guests and only one staff member as far as I could tell. The hostel was clean and tidy but the room was absolutely freezing at night. So much so that I had to go to sleep wearing my clothes and coat. It took such a long time for the air conditioner to warm up enough. But overall it was a nice place to stay
