Thank you for recognizing the hotel’s great location.The hotel management attaches great importance to the issues you reported. First, regarding the sound insulation problem, our engineering team has been inspecting the integrity of the sound insulation strips on the windows of all guest rooms to reduce external noise penetration. As for the peculiar smell issue, the hotel has conducted a comprehensive inspection of the guest roomventilation systems and increased the frequency of daily window opening for ventilation.For breakfast options, we have informed the catering team to expand the variety of ingredients. The front desk is also equipped with coffee machines that offer multiple flavors, and you can also ask the front desk staff for different flavor choices.To connect to the hotel’s WIFI, you need to use the guest’s last name—this rule also applies to international guests.
