Hotel very clear n staff very friendly, Always say hello to us every time we go in and out. I am very satisfied with this hotel, and I feel very well equipped inside.Besides, the bath soap smells good and I like it very much. Finally, they will put XiAn special drinks in the corridor for us to collect for free.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Water and some soft drinks were available in unlimited supply. There are 2 washer cum dryers and a place to hang dry laundry. The snag here is that the machines are heavily utilised so finding it available for use was a bit of a challenge. Location wise, nothing much around it but it is a 15 minutes walk to the metro, malls and area with lots of food and shopping. I do want to call out to the lady who checked us in (I forgot to ask for her name). She is the epitome of excellent service and that made a huge difference to our stay. All hotels should have staff like her.

Hotel was very clean, the room I stayed at was comfortably large with aircon, location was good and close enough to the city wall, service staff were very friendly and answered my questions through Wechat fast, and they had laundry machines and gym you could use as well as a breakfast with nice variety of food. They also provided free water and sodas. I would recommend this hotel :)

The hotel is good, close to the Xian wall and subway station. Breakfast is also quite good. The staff are really nice. But there are 2 problems: no refrigerator (which I found not really convenient, especially at summer time) and no European plug, only Chinese one. This is the first time I stayed at a hotel without a European plug.

The place is very nice, with new equipment. The room was very big and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Also, very big windows let in a lot of light, which was nice and refreshing compared to other hotels. Nice breakfast - maybe not the biggest choice, but all very delicious and of good quality. The hotel is in front of the historical old city wall, close to the south gate. Great connection to all places by subway.

五種飲料無限暢飲:西安特色飲料口味齊全，而且冰箱温度打的也非常夠，你有可口可樂和純凈水。 衞生：看的就是新裝修的，非常乾淨 環境：我詞語比較匱乏，反正房間是落地窗，對着南城牆的晚上夜景非常好看。

永寧門地鐵附近，出酒店大門就看見城牆，去哪都很方便。 酒店設施新而全，大床真的很舒適。 值得一提，飲水和飲料不限量供應，有洗衣房，有小健身中心 服務人員周到而熱情，西安旅行休息下榻的優質酒店

很好。住的是拐角雙床房，大浴缸。窗户對面就是西安的城牆。晚上開燈後很是漂亮。能看到城樓的側面。但是如果睡眠很不好可能不適應，臨街挨着馬路，會有一點吵。但是整體非常好。房間大，服務好，設備也很新。

我們定了兩間景觀房住了三晚，整體體驗非常不錯。下次來西安玩還會首選這裏。 - 位置很棒，步行去鐘鼓樓，小南門早市等。打車也很方便。 - 全景落地窗，窗外看到城牆和護城河。晚上城牆燈光亮起，很好看。早上能看到護城河邊公園裡人來人往晨練跳舞買菜，很有生活氣息。晚上仔細聽能聽到一點車流聲，但是完全不影響睡眠。 - 房間佈局很棒，washing basin， toilet， shower 完全分開，房間面積大，空間充足。 - 衞生保潔很棒，很乾凈並且不亂動東西。我們有一把壞掉的傘仍在了房間垃圾桶，保潔在清理掉前還跟我們確認確實是要扔掉不是誤放的。 - 服務特別好，我們點的外賣和閃送都送到了房間。住房期間空調有問題也及時解決。 - 每層樓梯口有冰箱可以自取瓶裝水

這次住的酒店真的太讓人驚喜了！一到門口，工作人員就特別熱情地迎上來，幫我們拿行李，態度特別好，我這一路的疲憊好像都減輕了不少。走進房間，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很齊全，佈置得温馨又舒適，更貼心的是，樓道里還準備了免費的水和飲料，想的很周到，瞬間感覺被照顧得好好的。酒店還有洗衣房和健身房，不管是想洗衣整理衣物，還是想運動一下，都特別方便，能滿足不同需求。最讓我感動的是，住的這幾天，服務人員會主動來詢問住宿的感受，特別真誠地想聽我的建議，不是走形式那種，是真的在乎客人的體驗。這種被重視、被尊重的感覺，讓我心裏暖暖的，特別舒服。 真心推薦給大家，這絕對是一家用真心服務、能讓客人感受到温暖和尊重的好酒店，下次來還住這兒！
