酒店交通方便，樓下右手邊就是永寧門地鐵口，打車也很好找位置，距離景點很近，對面是城牆和SKP，前面走一段就是鐘樓，回民街，外賣可以送到房間門口。
酒店工作人員服務態度很好，尤其是前台的經理Vivi姐姐，我和我姐妹來的早，沒有房間，剛有退的房間就通知速掃了，最多等了一個小時，還給我們升級了房型。第二天通知了打掃房間，回來後所有物品都補的很齊全，床上也鋪整齊了。
房間設施齊全，空調温度適宜，還有小冰箱和浴缸，床品也很舒服，洗漱物品齊全，相對於別的酒店來説，淋浴間的設施也很新，水温調節很快，用不了十幾秒水温就上來了，智能馬桶也是恆温的。

讓人眼前一亮的酒店，攜程上隨意定的，結果真沒想到，地點出行方便，走五分鐘就到永寧門，內裏裝潢簡潔乾淨，大方寬敞，床墊超級舒服，窗外看的到永寧門，入住第一天遇到小問題，很快解決了。下次來西安還住這裏！

一進房間感覺還挺好的，又大又乾淨，結果後來發生的事情真讓人綳不住了。
都2025年了，這酒店竟然一晚上停電6次？！總共停了6次電，停了大概3分鐘那次我沒打電話，別的5次我都打了電話，但是一次都沒人接，之後也沒人回電。停了那麼多次電，工作人員甚至不給住房的客人一個電話解釋，那你在我們入住的時候要電話幹嘛，走形式主義流程？足見這個酒店服務極差！基礎設施也差！
然後每次電力恢復之後智能窗簾緩緩拉開，大晚上的不睡覺拉窗簾看夜景嗎？氣的我直接拔了房卡睡覺，奈何應急燈不受房間電力影響，每次一停電就亮燈。最晚的一次停電是凌晨一點，那會兒都要睡著了，結果應急燈突然亮了，半夜這麼來一下誰能不嚇死？
前面幾個打的電話是從攜程上找的，一直打不通然後去**上又找了一個電話打。對於這個電話我有幾點疑問：1.不是很明白為什麼一個西安酒店的電話屬地竟然在南通和北京？2.如果這兩個電話真的是酒店的，為什麼沒人接？3.如果第一時間沒接到，為什麼不回撥？4.就算酒店用的是停電的時候不能用的座機，為什麼手機也沒人接？5.如果酒店電話更新了，為什麼不在網上更新新的電話？
住了幾十家酒店一直都給好評，第一次給差評，都2025年了還有地方能一晚上停電6次，你不説在西安我都以為穿越到山溝子嘞。

這次的體驗太棒了！前台給房間做了免費升級，房間面積很大，這家店地理位置優越，就在市中心核心地段，出行方便，門口地鐵，公交站點也密集。出站幾分鐘就能抵達，周邊還有各種熱門商場、景點。不管是出差辦事，還是遊玩出行，都十分便利，真的狠狠愛了！推薦

環境非常優美，可以看到城牆景觀，房間採光不錯，設計風格簡單好看，讓人感覺住進去很舒服，床墊舒服，早餐也不錯，美味可口，真心推薦這家酒店，酒店位置距離附近景點都不遠，出行和叫車很方便。

酒店位置挺好，離地鐵站近，就在城牆旁邊，在房間裏就能看到城牆上五彩的燈光和造型。入住那天酒店還給我們升級了房間，很大很大，乾淨。因為裝了雙層玻璃，屋裡很安靜，空調的聲音也很小，浴缸非常大，配有一次性浴缸套，淋浴出水快、水温穩定，枕頭彈性好。早餐的小米粥不錯，有西安特色的米皮，炒蔬菜有好幾種。總體感覺挺好，價格衹是旁邊希爾頓歡朋的一半，性價比高。

地理位置很方便，就在城牆對面，唯一美中不足的就是隔壁關房門震動和噪音比較大，其他都很好，服務也很貼心，去哪裡都方便，打底去景點也不貴，值得推薦！🤙🤙🤙👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

在2號地鐵站永寧門A2出口不遠處，希爾頓歡朋隔壁，西安北站直達，放下行李就可以逛了，返程直接到北站特別方便。周圍去哪都很便捷，商場，古城都幾分鐘。韓小九還在永寧門和文昌門直播。房間乾淨，交通便捷，西安旅遊不錯的選擇。
