Elong ETANG Hotel (Xi'an North Railway Station)

The location is great. The staff are very friendly:) The room is very clean ,sheets and towels are very comfortable! They even put fruits, face masks etc. The hotel staff also called the taxi to train station and paid taxi fare for me .

Extremely good service, room amenities and staff members. Room featured an AI robot sort of like Alexa or Google Home, which enables users to control curtains, lighting, TV and even contact the main desk staff for any service required. Toilet is also modern, featuring bidet, heated toilet seat and more features which I did not dare to use. Shower area was separated from the toilet area with an opaque glass divider. Location is fantastic as well, located about 1.5km away from the Xi’an high speed rail North station as well as about 300-400m walking distance away from the Metro. Only thing I would improve is the in room WiFi speed. Each room has its own separate WiFi network, however the speed seems to inconsistent for each room. I stayed in room 2047, however I found that the WiFi was slow and sometimes not working at all, which causes the AI robot which is connected the respective room’s WiFi to also not work. All the WiFi passwords across the rooms are the same as well, which allows other room users to be able to connect to your WiFi, slowing your own WiFi speed. Suggest to customize the WiFi password for each room.

Well design and high tech hotel. I love xiaodu so much. Breakfast is great. Easy to find.
