This boutique style hotel is simple but yet elegantly decorated, the front staff is attentive, helpful, responsive and always smiling.
The room is simple, clean and nice.
This hotel is located within walking distance to nearby famous attractions, restaurants and historical temples .A lovely hotel to stay

My first trip to Xi'an with my family and our first hotel is platinum wan'ao hotel and it's clean and amenities are great.. my daughter loved the room.. smart toilet with good flushing system.. the only issues we have is the shower head water flow is about small and the hot and cold water function can be very hot at 1 time and very cold at another time.. and the hot water will run out.. location is great.. near to 大唐不夜城。sound insulation not so good can hear the machinery at night.. but other than than I loved our stay.. the laundry room just beside our room

設施：挺齊全的 床也舒服 相對來説也還可以
衞生：每天會有人打掃 唯一的一點就是不像其他連鎖酒店那樣是我去提示 而是敲門打掃的 不過衞生還是很乾凈的
環境：因為安排在電梯口 我提前電話也溝通過了 要安靜一點的 門的隔音不是很好 有些時候別人説話的聲音傳過來 我就醒了 其他還是很安靜的
服務：服務這點需要誇一下 確實耐心又温柔
整體來説：還可以 適合第一次去玩的 離大唐不夜城那些步行就到了 很方便

設施：齊全，全自動設計很便利。
衞生：乾淨。
環境：地理位置好，步行去大唐不夜城和大雁塔都很便捷，周圍逛吃的地方特別多，身處景區卻不吵，可以安靜休息。
服務：前台美女們熱情周到，為我介紹哪裡有好吃的，還送了水果和小零食。
