For det første er formålet med vinduer ventilation. Der stod på bestillingssiden, at der var vinduer i korridorer eller gange, men det viste sig at være falske vinduer. Det var fuldstændig falske oplysninger og vildledende forbrug. Jeg følte mig indelukket kun 10 minutter efter indtjekning, så jeg prøvede at tænde for det centrale aircondition-ventilationssystem, men det var ikke tilgængeligt. Jeg kunne heller ikke sænke temperaturen, da jeg valgte køling. Jeg ringede til receptionen, og receptionens tante vidste ikke, hvordan man arbejdede med det elektroniske panel. Den anden tante kom, men hun løste heller ikke problemet. Til sidst bad de mig om at betale mere for at skifte værelse. Det var virkelig sjovt. Problemet var ikke løst efter mere end 30 minutter, så jeg måtte afsted. Min eftermiddagsplan var forsinket, og Didi-taxaen steg i vejret. For det andet var receptionspersonalet, der tjekkede mig ind, for stift. Værelset var for indelukket om natten, så jeg bestilte takeaway isvand. De sagde, at de ikke kunne levere det. Tjenesten holdning var meget dårlig. For det tredje ville jeg give det en dårlig bedømmelse, men tanter på hotellet var meget søde og hilste på mig. Din reception er ikke så god, og faciliteterne er virkelig praktiske. Hotellet er som navnet antyder, og det er ikke særlig smart, med smarte enheder som normale hjem har. Gennem hele min rejse til Xi'an var dit hotel den værste oplevelse. Da jeg fik min takeaway og så andre gæster åbne døren, var deres første ord "Der er ingen vinduer!" ! ! Om natten åbnede nogle gæster endda døren for at få lidt frisk luft. Hvis jeg ikke havde fortalt dem navnet på hotellet og arrangeret en bil for de næste par dage, og tiden var knap, ville jeg have skiftet hotel direkte. Indendørstemperaturen var så høj som 29 grader Celsius, hvilket var indelukket for enhver.

Servicen er normal, hygiejnen på værelset er også OK, det mest uhyrlige er lydisoleringen, uanset om den er i korridoren eller udenfor, den er meget dårlig. Da hotellet er ved at blive renoveret, bør vinduerne så ikke repareres eller udskiftes? Jeg lyttede til støjen fra vejen udenfor hele natten og kunne ikke sove meget. Det er svært at beskrive. Der er mange typer morgenmad, men varmekonserveringen er dårlig. Bortset fra nudlerne, som er varme, er alt andet koldt.

The hotel was clean and located in a very convenient place. Their service was good, answered our needs quickly, e.g., providing with an adaptor. We used a washer and a dryer conveniently. Breakfast was extremely good.

Great hotel, perfect location, close to tourist spots, next tu subway station and with lots of places to eat nearby. Only issue was that the room did not get absolutely dark because a lot of street light came from the bathroom. Also that the AC wasn’t always that strong, and no AC in the bathroom But the staff were great, super nice and accommodating. Helped us arrange tours and transport, and allowed us to do a super late check out since we had a late return flight. Also has a nice supermarket inside the lobby All in all would recommend

Very conveniently located at 桥梓口 (Qiaozikou) metro line 6 exit B, great and comfortable hotel stay but has only 2 washer and dryer each for the multiple number of guest rooms. The agent for 1 day tour to the Terrocota warriors, Ganquan Canyon, 壶口瀑布(Huo kou waterfall) is available at the hotel lobby organised by one of the tour company (Zhongcao). Would definitely come back to stay at this hotel again when coming back to visit Xi’an.

Hotel is clean and new. Located near metro and bus station. Many food store nearby. Breakfast is good. Good value for money.

Very cute theme hotel. Located just steps away from Line 6 of metro, just near west exit of the city walls. Rooms were big and modern toilet facilities. Some staffs were more friendly and helpful. Washing machine and dryer were available, but dryer timers faulty. Overall had a great stay here. Free hanfu rental from room package was a good bonus.

This hotel is perfect in all aspects. The location is so convenient where it's surrounded with all types of shops and the metro is just 2 mins walk away. There are plenty of taxis we can hail outside the hotel too. Taxis in Xi'an is very cheap and a reliable way to travel around. At night, there are street food trucks selling supper and no one will go hungry staying at this hotel. The hotel itself even provide free supper at 2100hr. The hotel staff are very friendly and there is free laundry to use in the hotel. We were there for 7 nights and did two rounds of laundry and not to to worry abt not having enough clean clothes to wear. The hotel also allowed us to check out later at 2pm instead of 12, at no cost. We booked a triple-bed room and it's big enough for 4 pax. I will definitely book here again the next time I come back to Xi'An.

Very nice city hotel, have all the basic necessities and clean rooms. Breakfast is also good. Just made sure you go to the right hotels as there are many of this hotel chain in this area.

The hotel located by the main road in the city wall near by the subway station. The distance to the subway is about 200 meters, very easy to getting around. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was full of various choices of food. The room was very specious and brand new. The bedding was so soft and comfy. It’s worth staying.

First of all, the hotel is located near the metro and it is easy to find it. Secondly, the process of checking into the hotel was smooth. The receptionists are polite at all times. There is a free flow of hot drinks at the lobby. Near the lobby there is an ironing section, laundry section and gym room. But only two washing machines are provided for hundreds of rooms. But Wang Aunty is good enough to help guests take out the washed clothing out from the washing machines and put them in the dryer. Cao Supervisor helped us to iron out clothes as the old iron was not in function. Our rooms are far away from the lifts but the rooms are in a quiet place. Beds and pillows are good to sleep in. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the breakfast was provided almost the same everyday but they changed it a little bit. The cleaner aunty in the restaurant is polite. The location is good not really far from the Muslim Quarter. The bus stop is just in front of this hotel. We took didi easily. AI XiaoLe in the room was not helpful. Overall, I still suggest that this hotel is more friendly to guests and we felt warm like at home.
