Awake Hotel (Xi'an Muma City Pedestrian Street Bell Tower Subway Station Store)

Average good. Location is great, near Metro Line6, 1-2 mins walk from G1 exit. 4mins walk from night market street LuoMaShi. 6 mins walk from ZhongLou underground exit 5. Very convenient. Cleanliness: So so. I was shocked by the false eyelash from the previous who stayed there. It sticked on the wall beside the basin. Was thinking worm or animal, seriously scared at first. Then found out it is a false eyelash. I didnt ask for change room, just use tissue picked it up and throwed. Room is dusty at some corner like the cabinet at the bottom beside the bed that (put slippers), it is so dusty. The other room might be the same dusty. Amenities: Basic. With hair dryer, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, comb, cotton bud and facial cotton. 2 bottles of drinking water everyday, tea and kettle. However, they dont provide hair conditioner, only shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. And they dont provide body lotion too. Bed with 2 pillows. Other amenities are okay. They only have 1 washing machine (detergent provided), and 1 dryer free of charge. I was unable to use the dryer as it was running at the moment by other people. Customer Service is great, friendly and very helpful. They help me picked-up the call from my tour leader (as I dont have local phone number), and then call to my room to inform me the message from my tour. Soundproof: so so. Can hear the other neighbors open and close doors, and if they talk too loud. But not a big problem as it was just a while.

Nice hotel

The location, service and food are all deserved a high mark! All staff are very friendly and try their best to help. By default, they provide only one pillow for each traveler, we asked for one more pillow and they happily gave it to us. If we visit Xian again, we would love to stay there again.
