Excellent location with lot choices of food nearby, train is just around the corner of the hotel, hotel front desk staff is helpful with airport transfer service, tour booking etc, they even surprise my son with the birthday decorations, cake and fruits. Free alcohol is given when we check in.

Modern room, equipped with all comforts: slippers, hairdryer, etc. Central location, perfect for walking to most tourist attractions (especially the Bell Tower, where you can easily catch a Didi), and the bus stop for the Terracotta Army is also nearby. Friendly staff (one English-speaking lady) and a generous breakfast.

It was a great experience and the location is so convenient near the metro and the Bell Tower.

The location of the hotel is superb. There are many shops and eateries around. The hotel room is clean and cleverly designed to give space and comfort to the hotel guests.

Great location. I booked for the gym and it had what I needed and was 24 hours. Staff so t speak English but are helpful and responsive vis translation apps which worked fine. Room was great. On downside was the Chinese opera music outside - very loud in the room and impossible to get a nap during the day - some may love this cultural experience though. I didn’t try the restaurant. I’d stay again and recommend to others.

Great location near the Bell Tower, metro and Muslim Quarter. Spotless room, good size and layout and excellent service. Was happy with our stay here.

Staycation New Year’s Eve in Xi’an, Moxy has it all. I chose to say here because when I lived in ShenZhen, I would stay at the Moxy and Longhorn as well as hang out there with friends.  I wanted to be near the bell tower, and although this hotel is a little bit more than the others on the street view, it has the things that I need and has the amenities as expected. Tammy from Shenzhen helped get me connected to Xi’an’s location. Anthony is managing here. Great service! There is a book lounge, gym, and laundry, as well as a full bar. Currently there is not the happy hour/dinner kitchen open, but multiple restaurants in the culture block attached (suggested it Masala Pakistani Restaurant). Street food is of quality too! Their breakfast is a mix of buffet and continental. The room I had overlooked the opera stage, museum, courtyard, and a beautiful morning of Qin singing and Opera alongside instruments. The sunrise and temple roof views spot on. This location has a music bar downstairs with a wonderful band as well as servers. Everything is decorated uniquely and also with the Moxy style. Their beds and pillows are so comfortable, and the simple set up of their hangers and furniture is really appreciated. I like the choice of their shampoos and bathroom amenities.  Sometimes the summer months can get a little bit more expensive, but if you book ahead, it’s most economical for the stay here because they have everything you need. Location is very convenient, lots of shops and restaurants, near the subway. Room was clean and well equipped, but TV was a bit old. Breakfast was ok, with decent number of choices. They have a small entertainment room next to their bar, very relaxing, ok for bigger kids. We were very happy with our 4 night stay!

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel! The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was phenomenal - offering a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!

Very impressive hotel totally because of the staff they have. Special thanks to Daisy Lui, despite late in the night, she make all efforts to secure a tour for us the following day. I have not seen such services before. Also many thanks to 小白，小林，小 张。my stay have been a very pleasant one.

Convenient location, easy access to local delights and historical sites. Responsive staff. Clean hotel and the all the necessities.

Location of the hotel was great. Just a short walk to the underground walkway that leads to the subways, mall, bell tower and Muslim quarter. There's also a bus right outside the hotel to the Terracotta Warriors Museum. Staff were welcoming and friendly esp the staff at the reception counter. Only not so good thing abt the hotel is the passageway from the main road to the hotel which can be quite dark at night as there were no street lights there.
