Staff was nice. Used toothbrush was found in the bathroom. Requested for extra towels but had to ask again for many hours. The toilet and bathroom have glass doors and no locks. There is no division between bedroom and washroom. For a family and friends staying, it is inconvenient lay-out of the bathroom and toilet. Overall our stay was pleasant.

My best stay in all of china! Very clean, neat and luxury room. 1 minute walk to subway station that is only 1 stop away from xian north train station. 葛佳怡 is very helpful. I had an evening train at 6pm, was supposed to checkout at 12pm. They let me stay free of charge till 5pm and even dropped me off at the train station. Highly highly recommend as they have the best service!

Perfect overnight stay when arriving late at Xianbei station. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. Room was modern and immaculately clean.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet and centrally located! Nice decor and the coi fish tank at the lobby was a treat! The receptionist gave us superb service, the drivers were friendly and helpful! Awesome stay and will definitely come back again!

Xiao Yu and Xiao Yi helped us out a lot!! It's a great place to stay for a night if you're using xianbei station.

I booked this hotel because I arrived very late on the high-speed train into the north xian railway station. Took a short taxi ride to get here. While English is not readily spoken, the staff and service were fantastic and did what it took to help me out with any questions I had. Very kind. Location is about a five minute walk to line 14 subway stop, which goes to the airport. It feels like 40 minutes or so to the center of xian on the subway. There is a street near by with many great restaurants. I think this place would be equivalent to a suburb, with high rise apartments. It was really cool at night to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city and see this side of how Chinese live. Really, it was my favorite part of my trip to Xian. The hotel was very clean. Staff excellent. Only compliant is Chinese smokers in a hotel. I carries through the vents of an otherwise clean and inviting hotel. Advice to hotel... stop the smokers before they ruin the smell of your hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

Located near to Xi An North HSR Station which also doubled up with Metro Subway Lines. Line 14 Metro can reach here too from the airport. The nearest Metro Station is about 800m walk ie Wen Jing Yuan ..文锦圆 of Line 14. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet line is sumptuous with many choices of local varieties. With a coffee machine too! Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Even helped is to our room. We looked tired. Thanks. Metro Line can reach most of city main tourist attractions but do prepare for some 10 to 15 stations away. Nice n comfy rides though and very cheap. With Metro Card via AliPay Apps'we really enjoy our adventures in this ancient metropolis. Lots of historic n iconic attractions. 酒店环境雅致 卫生服务都很优秀 床垫很软睡的很舒服 前台服务很热情尤其是小葛和小雨 办入住的时候看我们行李多还帮我们搬了行李拿到房间里 很不错的一家酒店. 赞👍👍👍👍👍

這家酒店的地理位置非常優越，交通便利，無論是出遊還是商務都很方便。周邊環境也很安靜，保證了良好的休息。 我入住的房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格現代舒適。床品乾淨柔軟，睡得很香。衞浴設施也很新，熱水充足，整體乾淨整潔，細節到位。 經理還有前台和客房服務人員都非常友好和專業，笑容親切，響應迅速。無論是諮詢還是需求，都能得到及時有效的幫助，讓人感覺賓至如歸。

前台小姐姐服務態度超級好，當時入住的比較晚，到了先給了果盒。我們入住人數較多，給説了後早餐券也給每人安排了一份。店內環境超級好，入住舒適，非常不錯的一次體驗，超級推薦，住他家準沒錯。有免費的健身房，洗衣房。離地鐵站，高鐵站都挺近。

這家酒店太讚了！衞生做得超到位，房間乾淨整潔無異味。服務更是貼心，我們晚上到店，工作人員全程熱情引導，還幫忙搬行李。最驚喜的是有奔馳商務接送，舒適又方便。孩子超愛上下鋪，説像探險一樣，玩得不亦樂乎。性價比很高，下次還來！
