With its 5 rooms, which can accommodate max 14 adults + Bb, La Grange de David is a luxurious gîte ideal for a relaxing stay with family and friends.
A bedroom with a large adapted shower room is located on the ground floor and welcomes people with reduced mobility!
The 4 large bedrooms on the 1st floor all have their own private bathroom: shower - washbasin - Wc or bathtub - double washbasin - Wc
A kitchen equipped worthy of a professional, a warm lounge and its beautiful bar, a large dining room..... A real pleasure after a beautiful day exploring our surroundings.
Giant flat screen Tv, free Wi-fi, darts, board games, mini table football, an infrared sauna for 4 people, a shiatsu for a full body massage will make you spend pleasant moments in a quiet environment.
The large terrace furnished and flowered will make your happiness for an excellent barbecue.
Located in the hamlet of Xhignesse, the cottage is 20' from Durbuy, Liège and above all at the crossroads of all the beautiful villages: Hamoir, Ferrières, Aywaille, and the best activities in the region: Kayaking, the wild world of Aywaille, the caves of Remouchamps, not to mention the Church of Xhignesse, listed as a Major Heritage site, St Pierre church which adjoins the cottage. Soon you will be able to discover exhibitions of paintings, concerts etc.......
At 25' from the gîte, you can attend the famous Spa Francorchamps circuit, especially the Grand Prix. A delight for amateurs.
Discover our beautiful Ardennes countryside and recharge your batteries for a Weekend, a week.......
Regarding charges: water, electricity, fuel oil, the meters are read by mutual agreement upon arrival and departure. They are billed at cost.
The waste is thrown away, without sorting, in a container. Cost 15 Eur the reservation.
The tourist tax is 6 per night for all holidaymakers.
Cleaning is compulsory: cost 120 EUR. Linen maintenance: 10 double bed - 6 single bed but all linen: bed, bath towels, kitchen towels: free.
