From check in to check out everybody in a customer facing role was courteous, professional and most importantly friendly. A special mention to the three front of house staff who were working the Dinner service on August 1st, knowledgeable and enthusiastic for sure, but they managed to take it up a level and create a wonderful atmosphere Exceptional food from the chef and his brigade, I love a menu that is basically a page as opposed to a book, knowing that each dish is going to receive full attention. A Three course or a Taster menu are offered, on this occasion we didn’t order wine but the wines on offer are a perfect selection to complement the dishes The room was perfect, very comfortable and welcoming after a long drive, toiletries are from a local provider and are perfect whether you jump in the shower or soak in the Slipper Bath Breakfast was another winner, and again the front of house staff were wonderful. I’ve tried to think of any downsides to our stay and that’s proving difficult, initially I noticed the lack of a small room fridge but in all honesty on this occasion I doubt we would’ve used it anyway, I guess one would be handy for those who prefer milk with their tea/coffee instead of the provided UHT portions which look wrong in most hotel rooms to be fair Checkout again was really smooth after breakfast and a last walk around the gardens. Wonderful stay as usual. This was our 6th stay, and the accommodation and dining was superb. We stayed for 2 nights and dined in on both evenings. We were not disappointed! Great ingredients exquisitely prepared. All staff were extremely friendly, professional and welcoming. Hope to be back soon!

Gorgeous place, with a lovely room! We went on a cook and stay course as a gift from family and had a great time, would really recommend as a gift for others or a treat for yourself. Tracey was really helpful when we needed to check in late. Thank you Eckington Manor!

The hotel is great, 2nd time we've stayed, food in restaurant is very tasty and excellent attention to detail and service. Room was in the older house, super comfy large bed and well decorated shower room. Lots of heating and windows and tea/coffee facilities. Would highly recommend staying here for sure!

Beautiful location and buildings, staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival The room was amazing. We stayed in the converted parlour building, the room was decorated to a very high standard and exceeded our expectations! Arguably the nicest stay we’ve had in the UK. Thank you!

Lovely setting in traditional buildings with modern decor. Comfy bed, and a peaceful overnight. We had a great dinner and breakfast. Thev staff were both friendly and efficient. A lovely place for our overnight stay. Would be very happy to stay again.
