We liked the size of the Apartment, but especially the windows were very dirty from the inside. Lots of Fingerprints etc were there. The breakfast was okay, a Bit fatty and choice for a 5 Star Hotel somehow limited. The location is nearby the Centre metro station, Which was Perfect.

Hotel location is good but not same is photo. Very old and not clean , many 2-3 star hotel in China better than this hotel

Extremely satisfied with the location, the apartment size for 5, and the amenities they provided. Staying at Ascott was the best way to start the holiday and our parents are extremely pleased with Ascott, with Wuxi. Thanks for the pleasant stay and we will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends!!

Booked this service apartment for family trip to Wuxi. Location is excellent. Right on top of metro, surrounded by shopping malls. Apartment is well equipped with everything we need, with a super nice city view. Will definitely come back and stay again.
