Atour Hotel （Wuxi Sanyang Square Renmin Zhong Road）

Decided to try Atour after good experience in Shanghai. This one is older and too smaller. Bedding also good but no breakfast included for my rate. Late snack also not as well presentrd and also not refilled if you are late. Only one elevator which their robot seems to dominate a lot. Location near CBD, so need metro to get to more touristy places. Decent value, but will try other location next time.

I had a great stay at Atour Hotel Wuxi.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a free laundry and dryer available on the 9th floor, which is really convenient. I was too lazy to wait for my clothes, but the staff kindly helped and returned the dried clothes to my room. I’m very grateful for their thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

Title: Disappointing Stay Despite Having Laundry Facilities The only positive thing about this hotel was that they provide both a washing machine and dryer for guests. Unfortunately, even this “benefit” turned into a major inconvenience. The washing machine displayed a finish time, but before the cycle was complete, a housekeeper opened it without permission, removed our laundry, and put it in the dryer. As a result, the clothes were not properly cleaned, and after drying, they came out smelling unpleasant. We had to rewash everything, which took another three hours per load. While we sat there guarding the machine, we also witnessed the housekeeper moving other guests’ laundry—about three to four times—before their wash or dry cycles had even finished. This constant interference made the whole process stressful and uncomfortable. Another serious issue was that someone was smoking in their room, and the strong cigarette smell drifted into ours. When we reported this, the hotel staff said there was nothing they could do and simply asked if we wanted to change rooms. We had to move late at night, around 11 p.m., because the smell was unbearable—showing the hotel’s poor handling of guest misconduct. Non-smokers like us were left to deal with the consequences. Lastly, the hotel is right next to a major road and an intersection, so traffic noise and honking were constant. Noise was loudest late at night until about 11 p.m. and started again around 6 a.m. If you’re a light sleeper, I strongly do not recommend this place. Overall, aside from having laundry machines, this hotel failed in service, noise control, and problem resolution. I would not stay here again.

Hotel is nice , calm , good breakfast, clean. Infront of mall 66 .. I will come again.

Super Friendly & Attentive front desk. Convenient store just beside the hotel! 24 hour self service laundry room (washing machine + dryer) with free detergent, sanitizer & fabric softener. If you are washing in the middle the night, they are also able to help you transfer the washed clothes into the dryer. The location is also just beside a shopping mall with supermarket & high end luxury brands. Great for shopping before the end of the day. It is also super near different attraction spots & train station. Recommend it very much! Will stay again :)
