新開的不久的全季 整體是很滿意的 地理位置比較靠裏 很清靜 開車停車都很方便 出門還是願意找連鎖的酒店住 總感覺會比民宿周到一些 去的時候房間入住率還可以 前台還給升級了房間 唯一就是淋浴間稍微小一點點 早餐很好 比在外面吃好多了

五台山難得的連鎖酒店，衞生乾淨，停車位充足，碧山寺旁邊這個位置既離台懷中心不遠，又遠離喧囂，環境也算不錯，旁邊的餐廳又很好吃，剛來的時候第一印象真的很好。衹是房間隔音做得太差，隔壁和走廊風吹草動都能清清楚楚姑且不論，窗外空調外機的低頻噪音完全屏蔽不掉，嗡嗡到讓人絕望，前台送的耳塞也是杯水車薪，直接把體驗拉到谷底，實在是可惜。

衞生：打掃的很乾凈，房間不大，但還算舒服晚上要乳膠枕也有
服務：當天入住的時候，從黛螺頂到酒店的接送還算及時，但是第二天一早，我們先去了五爺廟，回到黛螺頂給酒店打電話約車回酒店的時候，等了20分鐘也沒有車，前台的女孩衹會推説，已經催過了，但是，早上8點多鐘，我們在候車點等了20分鐘打了3個電話。不給解決方案衹説催過了，是不是有點離譜。最後我都有點生氣了，我説我要司機的聯繫方式，又給司機打了2個電話，車才到。司機還撒謊，説堵車，那麼早，而且一共兩三公里的路程，我們回酒店的路上，完全沒有車。我説我要給差評，下車的時候，司機才着急了跟他同事發脾氣説有一個司機電話打不通，沒有接客人，客人要投訴！
我確實對前台女孩的服務非常不滿意，出了問題沒有解決方案，衹會推諉。並且在我跟她明確説了整個過程後，她連一句抱歉都沒有，也不知道崗位培訓是怎麼做的！
早餐：我們到酒店已經快9點了，早餐到9點半，到的時候很多東西都沒了，最離譜的是，取餐的盤子都沒了，我們最後用裝粥的小碗裝的菜，而且，我要了一碗餛飩，沒有一個完整的。不太知道這40塊一個人的早餐自助到底值在哪裡。

很推薦五台山不想住民宿的，住全季。
民宿的質量和服務多少有點碰運氣。
但是連鎖酒店不一樣的。
全季也是中高端位置的。
周邊環境很安靜，冬季供暖很好，不存在冷。
前台服務也是貼心，來的時候暈車，到酒店緩了很久，前台姐姐“冰美式”特地還來照顧。
隔壁有小孩子吵鬧，立馬給換安靜房間。
早餐也很豐富。
非常推薦。住的很安心

冬月來的，性價比超高。酒店貼心的幫忙升級了房間，房間温暖整潔，設施齊全，還可以品茶。大堂有咖啡機，早餐種類豐富，味道也超讚。停車場超級大，距離中心區五爺廟殊像寺也不遠，個人覺得是景區內優選的酒店，下次來的話還會選擇這裏。

自駕從南門進去，酒店要路過黛螺頂再走一小截，有獨立的院子，停車位大概20+，入住辦理迅速，前台小張服務熱情，值班經理郭月業務熟練，解決問題很專業。房間面積很大，很暖和。院內就有一家餐廳，菜量很大，味道不錯，早餐也在這家餐廳。酒店有免費車子接送至黛螺頂，坐公交去往五爺廟和殊像寺都很方便。標準化的把控比民宿更有保證，下次來還會選擇，推薦！

地理位置偏北，離核心區有點距離，如果不是自駕會有些不方便。感覺現在的全季總體品質有下降趨勢，性價比不高。40元一位的早餐僅能管飽，不如去吃肯德基。房間沒有全身鏡，沒有化粧鏡，加濕器很迷你，中途得加好幾次水
