The hotel is very nice, feel luxury, it said near to airport, but it is 15km away. It provide airport pick up, but you need to make numerous call. They only provide sending to airport from 6am-8am. Metro just infront of hotel. Breakfast is reasonably good.

I had an okay time, the amenities where a bit off, the batteries didn’t work and it had a remote control toilet. It was very difficult to flush the toilet after use had to call room service to come fix it

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Close to the airport. Nice stay after long flight.

Very clean & well amenities, locates near airport. Quiet area, you can get a good rest, we do like their airport service, especially for our early flight.

Wow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. Excellent hotel

Close to the airport and the hotel provides pickup and drop off service very convenience and the staff are very helpful. Room is modern and clean and full of latest technologies. Will surely come back to stay if transit in Wuhan.

在網上查了一下，這家酒店是這個位置最好的酒店了，服務很好，價格也不貴，酒店的大廳給人一種很大氣，很舒服的感覺，酒店還有免費的洗衣服務，早餐品種挺多，入住過很多酒店，感覺這家酒店是讓我記憶比較深刻的，總體來説，這次入住體驗非常滿意。無論是便利的地理位置、舒適的住宿環境還是優質的服務，都讓人感到物超所值。下次轉機或早班機還會選擇這家酒店

這家酒店的服務實在太好了！辦理入住的時候看我們帶着兩個孩子主動給我們升級了房型，給了我們一間家庭房，前台工作人員還幫我們把行李送到房間，走的時候也幫忙把行李送上了車。真的很少有酒店這樣貼心，早餐也非常不錯，進出酒店遇到的每一位工作人員都會熱情的打招呼，特別温暖，值得推薦！

服務：前台的人衹能算工具人，服務意識，服務禮節幾乎沒有。你好、請、謝謝……這些禮貌用語完全沒有。 投訴：如圖所示的早餐廳工作人員，跟她詢問過幾次問題，當時都不回答我，看我不走，就等個幾秒鐘才會回答我問題。而且都是敷衍的回答，比如，等一會、還沒有好、沒有、不知道……更氣人的是她都不看我一眼，就是那種不想搭理人的口氣和樣子在全程回答問題。酒店領導可以查監控為證。 衞生：我們是第一個早上到餐廳吃飯的人，至少有4桌用餐的桌面，都是各種吃完飯的殘羹垃圾，沒有人收拾。明顯這是自己工作人員吃的早飯。為什麼不會隨手把吃完的東西收走？別説是酒店服務人員了，就是在公司，在家裡，有點基本素質的，是不是都會隨手把自己面前吃的殘羹垃圾跟扔掉。 總結：一個硬件還挺好的酒店，被這樣的工作人員運營，生意真的會越來越差。衹要在人的服務意識上提高到正常水平，就整體挺不錯了。都在服務行業打工的人，不明白上班要那麼拽幹嘛？難道這樣就有面子？反而更加被我們這些消費者看不起。因為你都不尊重你的職業，別人都更不會尊重你。

房間蠻大的，早餐也還算豐富，服務很好！衞生還可以，不知道是不是因為過年人手不夠原因，第一晚入住，我對象説床尾部分有東西扎他，發現床上有細碎的東西，很小，不知道是什麼，告知前台第二天給換了，結果第二天睡覺發現被套壞的，有個手指長的破口，第三天又給換了一套，過年期間，酒店內的足療按摩和餐廳都沒有開，吃飯不太方便！這些都還好，都還能理解！無法理解接送機為什麼還要規定時間！！！不在時間範圍內不給接送！你可以説車在用，需要等，但是前台給的説法是不在送機範圍裏，就很無奈！
