Out goto-Hotel every year for our annual Wuhan family visit trip. They have cozy rooms, a gym, 4 washing machines and most importantly: a really nice choice of cozy beds in all forms and sizes. Definitely a recommendation!

Good experience, the rooms are very clean and well taken care of, the staff are friendly and inviting. The cleaner is thorough with her cleaning. It's also in a convenient location.

the hotel was cozy, and clean. the service was good, and hotel was located in walking distance from the metro station. its super close to the city center, but still convenient for most locations

This was my third stay at Kamil and l think the hotel standards have dropped. The room was not clean all compared to the previous stays l had. There was rust and stains on the floor. Also the bathroom glass had some gross stains. Its a nice hotel but they should address these issues.

房間整體都比較好，枕頭也睡得舒服，冰箱還有贈飲。早餐品種較多，都挺好的吃的。小孩都免費吃，不像有些酒店衹能兩個大人的餐。重點説下餐廳的一個大姐，看起來是個總管，真的很羨慕你們有這麼好的員工，眼裡有活。而且靈活熱情。唯一一點就是房間電視投屏不暢，衹有直播電視。好處就是可以早點睡，孩子不會想着看電視😄

特別滿意！！！服務簡直無敵了和好朋友五一出遊真的太驚喜了！很乾凈的衞生早餐也很好吃前台在28樓服務業超級棒！在28樓有清吧可以拍照特別出片！下次來武漢還訂這家！！

房間整體整修風格感覺不像10年前的酒店衞生間比較大設施維護的還可以個人喜歡軟一點的床所以沒感覺這個金可兒床墊有多舒服安排的房間靠近學校但是還是會有一點點街上的嘈雜聲早餐這個價格還是不錯的中西式都有水果也有幾種唯一不足的就是門隔音不好走廊聲音能聽見然後衞生間有些地方有明顯水漬沒擦

酒店在武漢五環天地這邊去光谷步行街打車十來分鐘就到整體環境跟房間都非常不錯本來因為要去一個比較遠的地方吃飯怕趕不上退房時間前台的小姐姐也很貼心的延遲了退房時間。

中評吧，酒店有🆓停車場，但是比較破，而且和其他商場共用，並不是酒店專用，這都還好了，問題是第一晚剛入住就發現洗髮水嚴重不夠用，一個人的用量都沒有，這是保潔的問題還是酒店管理問題？第二，接近三百一晚的酒店沒有浴袍，退房時前台人員説有浴缸的房間才會配備，但是我之前住過的無論比這裏貴還是便宜，都有浴袍，並不需要打電話提出需求才送。衞生還可以，保潔人員打掃的很乾凈，我們的物品也都沒有碰過，前台及早餐服務都很好，但我認為同樣價格可以在武漢住到更心儀的酒店。
