Everything was exceptional but two things: 1. my room temperature was very hot 27C and I called to complain about it every morning during my stay. technician came and fix it but the problem happened the next day again and again... frustrating! 2. breakfast is very poor and low quality. really surprised me the hotel don't invest in good breakfast like other good hotels in Wuhan.

Location is very good only a few steps from the metro station. Breakfast is full of choices. Only negative point is too low bed.

It was quite luxury and big room. Also staff of front desk was really nice and kind. If I come near here, I wil definatelyl stay again.

Great hotel. Very good service.The room was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant has good food and the staff was very welcoming. The swimming pool and spa staff were very kind help.

Very nice and good service, located well for my visit. I did think it was odd that you need a room key to use the lobby bathroom, which was actually an issue when I met my friend for tea and he needed to use it, and then again, after I checked out, before I made the long journey to the airport.

Before the key policy came out, many outsiders would come in and use lobby bathroom, creating unpleasant experience for in house guests and cleaning pressure for on duty associates. Apologies for any incurred inconvenience but please always feel free to contact lobby associates for access when no key is in hand. They will be happy to assist.
