Atour Hotel Wuhan Riverview Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street

Okay hotel. Good area right nearby the pedestrian street with a great view, but one of the elevators broke causing the process of getting up and down to take 5-10 minutes each time. The staff was friendly but forgot to change the towels a couple of times.

Love the hotel location and service. Rooms were clean, bright and had useful spaces. I highly recommend this place. The photo is taken from the hotel lobby.

Definitely an excellent hotel and highly recommended. Excellent service. They serve you tea each time you go to the reception. Excellent breakfast and evening meal, all included. Room is excellent with perfect view.

Wonderful hotel with top notch service and location! Excellent breakfast and there’s night porridge when we were hungry at night. We enjoyed sitting near the window looking at the river view during our stay. Highly recommended!

We got sweeping view of the Han River and the bustling Jianghan street just below. With the metro and shopping right at your doorstep, exploring the city becomes effortless. The rooms were very clean and spacious! There is also a free midnight porridge service with steamed buns. One drawback was one of the elevators was out of order the first day, leading to significant delays. But it was fixed by the second day.

Only one out of the two lift is working, and the reception is on the 56th fllor and the room is on the 55th floor. It took too long just to get to the room. And the cleaning service did not manage to clean the washroom very clean. There were hairs on the drainage and also near the entrance door to the room. Overall, the room is clean. The good part is that we can reach the customer service by wechat if we needed anything during our stay, and they responded very quickly.
