Prior to our stay, we reached out to the owner for assistance in arranging transportation to the property, and they were extremely helpful in facilitating this request. Additionally, the owner inquired about our itinerary for our stay, showing a genuine interest in ensuring our enjoyment. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised when the owner immediately took us to Wusong Ridge, recognizing that it was the final day of operation before the holiday season closure. This thoughtful gesture enhanced our experience significantly. During our stay, we had the opportunity to explore the village by horse sledge and enjoy tubing activities, which provided a serene and rejuvenating experience. The tranquility of the surroundings was truly refreshing. Furthermore, the host graciously served delicious meals, further enriching our stay. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we eagerly anticipate returning in the future to relive these wonderful memories.

Great stay! The owners are really helpful and hospitable, they helped us a lot during our stay in Snow Valley. Before we reached the hotel, they helped us with the booking of transport to and from Harbin. When we’re there, they ensure that our days there are well planned and brought us around. The room’s view is really great and warm. Love the fireworks we played at night. We ate at their restaurant daily and the food is really good. Recommend!

The room and the hotel are very nice. The room are very clean. After we boom this hotel, we contacted this hotel through wechat. They booked the bus for us to come from Harbin and teach us how to get to Snow Valley. The welcoming us with good service. They also offer package to play snow at mountain around 400 yuan (Snow Mobile, Snow Tubing, Banana Boat, Sledge and ski). A husband of owner bring us from hotel to the mountain and guide us from buy a ticket and play the entertainment in mountain. He also take of ours video and picture when we play there. At night, they burn a firewood to make a feel in winter and give us sunflower seed and frozen fruit. Morning, They took us playing the tubing and sledge around the hotel. Very happy and took us Snow Horse Car around the village. Lastly, they send us to the bus stop before we are going back to Harbin. In front of the hotel, it has a mini animal park that can we visit. Everything is perfect and the owner are very nice. We will come again. They took care of us everything. We love soo much this hotel. Very recommended

超級推薦這家。本來説實話對東北行的衞生和服務挺擔心的，但是到了這家民宿刷新了我對民宿的認知。以前在國外和旅遊成熟的大城市都上過民宿的當，但這家民宿真的推薦大家來玩的時候首選。 服務：首先是服務，老闆很貼心記得每一位旅客的要求。 衞生：其次，真的特別乾淨衞生，勝過哈爾濱市裡的星級酒店。別看農村屯裏條件有限，但該有的一樣不差，關鍵真的打掃的非常細緻。因為有朋友住在另一個屯裏商業氛圍濃一點民宿那邊，房間我去過簡直沒法做對比。還是喜歡這個有人情味像自己家一樣的民宿。 環境：周邊也有非常原始的風景。也有各種娛雪和冰上項目，真的非常喜歡這種既保留原始風景又能享受人文服務的地方。力推！至少小娃娃都覺得想長住下去。

這家民宿出乎我的意料，漂亮的老闆娘為人很實在，很為客人着想，他家的廚子燒的菜好好吃 ，這次出行全部在他家吃。衞生間很乾凈，體驗了一下東北的四人炕，真的是熱。他家院子裏還有自堆的小滑道，我們大人也玩的不易熱乎。

房間很乾凈，老闆非常熱情，會幫忙預訂門票，一起商量着指定行程。 客棧的飯飯也很好吃！！可以帶孩子去冰釣，晚上吃燉魚。還有，鐵鍋燉大鵝，餃子，地三鮮，小雞燉蘑菇，味道很地道。 雪景很美，圖片拍不出，衹有現場！！

老闆很熱情，出來到雪谷玩，來回包車，遊玩項目，都是老闆安排好的，很省心，去雪谷玩衹要訂好房間就夠了。房間大炕燒的很暖和，洗澡熱水也充足，還有一次性毛巾浴巾拖鞋，這些別人家不提供的。晚上孩子發燒，老闆還有準備了一些常用葯。推薦大家從住處馬拉爬犁，雪地摩託，雪漂，徒步回到住處這樣的路線，雪漂強烈推薦！！！

老闆人非常好，車接車送，老闆人也很有實力，非常的熱情，還給免費的水果。積極介紹景點，還免費提供裝備，驛站環境非常不錯，晚上還帶着一起放煙花，還有小型篝火，大力推薦這家驛站住宿

因為雪鄉里的酒店民宿實在是太貴了，所以就在雪谷周邊找了這家民宿，對比了一下他們家周圍的幾家民宿，他們家的環境還是相當乾淨衞生的，不管是房間還是衞生間，然後老闆娘真的非常熱情而且人巨好，因為我自己和女朋友是沒有什麼時間觀念的人，兩次錯過重要的車程老闆娘都想盡一切辦法幫我們重新安排好車輛，真的太感謝了！而且出門遊玩之前都會告訴我們哪些地方需要避坑，哪些地方需要注意！非常貼心！百星好評，極力推薦！
