We stayed in the new room. Everything was great here from the room, environment and the owner family. They are very friendly and lovely. I will surely check in here again if I come to wuchang.

We impressed with the owner since he provided everything about the trip to snow valley for us. We were late for the bus from Harbin to Snow valley but he arranged to the driver to wait for us. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms and the toilet are so clean. We have booked the trip to the mountain that's the most impressive moment of this trip since the snow is very beautiful. Love this place and would be back again if we have chance. Thank you so much to the owners 💖💖

Host is nice although we don’t understand each other but they have effort to entertain us. Room is big, toilet is clean. Have heater in the room. Play fireworks together at night, also they help us snap and records your pictures and videos.
Thumbs up, i love this place and i will give good review and bring more Malaysian people come here!

We stayed. 2 night.
The owner were all very friendly and helpfull.
First day when we arrived, they have asked if we’re hungry and required food after the long journey from Harbin.
One day prior to travel there, the owner already contacted me via wechat asking if our transportation has been arrange.
Breakfast selection is porridge with pickle, boiled and steamed bun with is perfect before we heading to Bear Mountain for the snow experience.
The bed is heated kang style and good supply of hot running water.
Hot booking water is availabe for our intant noodle at all times.
There is a wonderfull display of firework at night.
We had a chance to see how dumplings/shiowmai were made from the owner.

A very helpful and supportive host ever. The hotel is clean, the room is warm and spacious. The water heater works well. There are the disposable towels for us, no need to bring the towel by your own. Comparing with the price I paid, the service is far beyond my expectation. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay with a great host.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself is charming, clean, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

The accommodation is not far from the main village of Snow Valley. You have to take a car to get there. The owner will drive you there if you want to go. There is a restaurant of its own. In front is an open field. There is a frozen waterfall. It is very beautiful. There are many activities. Just tell the owner. The room is warm. The owner is kind. Invites a bonfire party.

The room is clean and tidy. There heater is functioning well. There is small slope just beside the hotel and you can sled with tube at anytime. The host is very nice and understanding. I’m a muslim so she ask me what I can eat and what I can’t eat. She also prepare plain mantao and plain porridge for breakfast because she knows I’m a muslim. During night time the host prepared fire crackers for us . She also invited us to try traditional attire and we had fun taking picture with the attire. The host suggested a trip to Bear Hill and that was the best moment in 2024.
