Had a lovely stay at this premier inn. Had everything I needed and rooms were good sizes and very clean. Chloe on reception was very helpful and attentive as she helped with everything I needed from calling me a taxi to moving me to a room closer to reception which catered to my needs. Couldn’t ask for any better. 5 stars.

Absolutely loved my stay at Primer Inn! The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located—but what truly made the experience exceptional was Laura. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warmth and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!

What a lovely welcome to the hotel we had , our check in was smooth and quick even though there was quite a few of us . The reception staff were lovely. Although the hotel looks a bit dated it was clean and just what we needed.for a short stop and meet with family . The staff are happy to help out with irons, spare towels , a fan as the room was warm . I even managed to borrow a charging plug as I’d left mine at home, which was a great help , Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

good service, as expected from this hotel. rooms comfy, staff pleasant I believe they've had some building works done recently. But this has now all been completed. Look forward to seeing the girls on reception on our next visit later in the year

Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, convenient hotel Staff were cheerful and helpful Slight issue with basin tap appearing to be stuck and dispensing only lukewarm water, but not enough to raise it with the staff during the stay as shower/bath nice and hot

We came to visit Maidstone for a family party following the Xmas period. It was a great stay as the reception team were welcoming and friendly; happy to support with any requests where needed. The food in the beefeater is also good but would recommend booking a table.
