Seaview/Upper level is a beautiful two bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath duplex on a quiet street near the heart of Wrightsville Beach, NC. Cottage features a large Outdoor shower on bottom floor. At the end of the street is a wonderful family friendly beach for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and great walks. On the other side of the street is public access to Banks Channel for Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more. Nearby boating available. The Lower Unit is also available on VRBO#2039709
The local grocery/coffeeshop/surf shop and restaurants are two blocks away. The beach house has an outdoor shower, off street parking for two cars, washer/dryer and a large deck for entertaining or relaxing. Great family vacation at the beach. Nearby sailboat, kayak, windsurfing, surfboard, paddle board, boat and Bike rentals.
Wilmington, NC has excellent nearby shopping, restaurants, museums, water park, downtown historic district and more! Fort Fisher is home to North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum.
Wrightsville Beach is famous for its white sandy Beaches.and laid back beach town atmosphere.

Family Beach Vacation
The property was perfect and clean. We walked with 2 and 4 year old to pizza, ice cream, grocery and the beach. Easy walk to the beach. Manager was very helpful in replacing a broken umbrella immediately.

Sweetest Spot
We had the best stay! Everything was 5 stars - from the location to the communication and everything in between. We chose this as a last minute Babymoon trip and wouldn't have changed anything about it. The house is walkable to shops, restaurants, and is right on the beach. They were stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels and more to make travel super easy for us.
Our favorite part was sitting on the outdoor couch on the deck every morning to drink our coffee.
Melanie was a fantastic host and was quick to respond with any question I had. We hope to be back in Wrightsville Beach again, and would definitely stay in the same spot!

Wrightsville Beach Gem!
Thankful for my crazy husband who likes to sign up for IronMan races because our family gets to go along for the ride and find gems like this cozy beach cottage. Perfect location within walking distance to the beautiful beach, coastal coffee shops, and yummy restaurants. The house was comfortable, well-outfitted with everything we needed, and a wonderful place to stay for a fun getaway.

Classic Beach Cottage - Upper Unit
Great 4-night stay in the Upper Unit. Melanie was a great host throughout the entire process responding quickly to a couple questions I had after booking. Property is as advertised and had everything we needed. Hopefully will be able to return next year for another great vacation.

Great location
