Hotel room is clean and decent. Space is just nice enough for one person. However it's a bit sad that the gym isnt 24 hour. Making it difficult for access when I am still here for business trip. Breakfast Food was quite on point . Service of staff is nice. Hotel have good access to food and restaurant. Water pressure in shower was good. However the items doesn't get refill or taken good care of. Lots of improvement needed on the room service team

Nice hotel, tasty breakfasts for 103 thousand. There was only soap in the shower, no shower gel or shampoo. There is also a table for lamp work.

I stayed at The Southern Hotel Surabaya recently. The room was clean and comfortable, and room service was good. However, the experience was soured by poor service. I requested airport transfer upon check-in and was told it was available. On check-out day, the receptionist (Nata) said no car was available because I didn’t book 3 days in advance — even though I had checked earlier. She was impatient and dismissive on the phone. Worse, the massage I booked (15 May, 10:15 AM) was rough and unprofessional — I had to stop it 15 minutes in, but was still asked to pay. When I raised it with the receptionist, she brushed me off and asked me to deal with the therapist myself. Extremely disappointing service. If the hotel chooses to partner with a spa, they should ensure it meets proper standards.

Simple tp bener² enak Gado² pecel bubur soto nasi goreng bakmi dory macam² gorengan macam² roti macam² minuman jamu jus es cream panceke waffel. Makanan amazing n delicious Yg luar biasa hotel ini juga mempekerjakan tunawicara. Hebat dan mulia Thank you pengalaman menginap dihotel ini. Sukses slalu

A great one night stopover to rest and recharge before a long haul flight. Friendly staff, clean, lovely pool, good massage and delicious breakfast

Good location n great services especially in restoran, The room is very convenient, however as a 4 stars hotel the amenities are limited and they only provide a bath towel, no hand towel.

I’d say it’s a very standard hotel. The gym is extremely basic, the service is ok. The spa is just a massage place and completely overpriced. The AC was not working. The hotel is has a great price value balance but you only get what you pay.

the hotel was overbooked. They transferred me to Bess Mansion Hotel which is similar to it. So I can only say not bad.

Service by the hotel staff was good, team was helpful and accommodating with requests. Room was mostly tidy, some slight spots of what looked like dirt on the bedsheets but nth major. Breakfast spread had enough variety and tasty Overall would recommend for business travellers or for short stays

Second time here.. the breakfast is very good. The swimming pool so clean without chlorine smell. The staffs were so humble.
