Premier Inn Wolviston/Wynyard

top class, very clean great facilties, in house wi fi not good, but the 5 pounds ultimate, does all devices, for the single payment, and was great there after, breakfast was great fresh cooked to order, we did try the toby, but it was cold, cant fault the breakfast standard

mel is absolutely lovely and always makes us feel welcome!! has such a big smile on her face at wvery point and is helpful in every corner, thank you mel our experience wouldnt be the same without you x premier plus is also great and affordable, the bed is comfortable and the room feels, smells and overall is cleaned to the highest standard! thank you!

Called for breakfast at the Wolviston Premier Inn hotel on Saturday and had a really nice experience. We were served by Alex who was really efficient and professional everything was perfect👍all our food was freshly cooked and tasty with a great menu catering for everyone. Really good value for money all in all a very pleasant meal. Well done Alex and Premier Inn 🙂

Excellent as always , the staff here are amazing , so friendly and helpful .cannot fault them at all ! Rooms spotlessly clean , breakfast excellent ( would be good to have option of de caf tea ) we stay here a lot and have always had a great stay , premiere inn should recognise how good the staff are here 😀

I have stayed in Premier Inns all over the country. I like them as a chain, I have to preface this review by saying. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfortable. However, on my last two stays for work purposes I have had to request another room due to rowdy inconsiderate quests being roomed next door to me. Sleep is imperative for me as I work long physical hours. So having to get up and go to reception to ask my room be reassigned due to the noise my neighbours are making is not something I want to have to do. To be fair to Premier Wolviston the staff gave me another room at the other end of the hotel with no neighbours- no questions asked. My sleep was still not where it needed to be however. Next time I use this chain I will be requesting no neighbours if possible at check in.

First time at Wolviston Premier Inn and having stayed in many premier inns over the years this one is one of the best. The premier plus room I booked was clean and very comfortable with all the amenities you could need for a few days stay. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked and very enjoyable. Staff member on duty on arrival at 11 am on Thursday 3rd October was very friendly and helpful sorting a late request for an early check in. Car park is large so I can imagine shouldn’t be a problem in finding a space if you arrived late in the evening. The only issue you need to be aware of is mobile coverage in the hotel rooms is terrible couldn’t get a useable signal on both O2 and 3 networks. The lady/they on duty around room 143 on Thursday morning was also very friendly and helpful when I found bathroom had run out of soap. All in all as long as you are happy using the hotels own wi-fi signal on an unsecured network for any mobile needs then I can thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel. It was also quiet during the night despite being next to a major A road and large service area. Thanks A+++++
