We really can't say enough good things about Ely House -- we had such a wonderful stay! Gloria and Sam both went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible -- nothing was too much trouble and they were super friendly and attentive -- we really felt welcome! Breakfast was first rate and Sam's service was flawless. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this lovely hotel located just minutes from the centre of town to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Wolverhampton area.

Was very impressed with the service received throughout the stay. The staff didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The rooms were exactly as advertised and the interior of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Service was very efficient and timely- we were constantly checked upon to see whether our needs had been met. Breakfast was also perfect- they offered a great selection of delicacies and the food did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning if I am ever in the area!

Will definitely be visiting again in the future! Perfect location with my desired locations nearby. Exceptional customer service, lovely room and tasty menu. Staff were extremely helpful and provided guidance for any troubles. Recommended!

We had the loveliest stay in Ely House Hotel at the beginning of the month. The proximity to the park , town centre and the train station were all an added bonus and the comfort of the hotel and amazing welcome given to us has made our trip so memorable.

Friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Room was pleasant and comfortable beds. This was a last minute booking due to original hotel booking not being acceptable. Contacted this one and was greeted buy a friendly and professional receptionist who suggested we look at the room first as it is upstairs and my Mother has difficulty with stairs. Can’t fault the hotel in anyway and was able to check out late to be able to get ready for the wedding.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel for a family funeral in Wolverhampton and were welcomed by the lovely Claudia who was very kind and helpful. The hotel was situated well and was very clean and comfortable. Unexpected family arrived one evening and Claudia made everyone welcome and helped and served us in the bar. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice again served by Claudia. Claudia is an asset to the hotel and we would certainly go back just to see Claudia. Thank you for your kindness and help.

We stayed here last week whilst attending a conference. Everything about the hotel was perfectly addequate, clean and tidy. We would certainly stay again if visiting Wolverhampton. The best part of the hotel was Claudia, the receptionist/manager. She was absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Decent place, stopped over for one night for a gig in town. The lady on reception (forgot to ask the name but with long dark hair!) was really welcoming and friendly. Booked a single room, was upgraded to a double with no extra charge. Location is 10 min walk from town center. Hotel doesn't look like much has changed since the late 90s but was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast stops at 8.30am which felt a little early but there's cafes etc nearby so not the end of the world. All in all, a good experience and would be happy to stay again.

A clean, basic hotel. No frills, but you get what you pay for. Ok bed, decent shower. A little bit of coloured paint on the walls, or some artwork, would make the rooms much more appealing. I wanted to leave a review to give a big shout to Claudia on reception. She’s a fantastic asset to the hotel; so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I’ve stayed in top hotels around the world, and her customer skills wouldn’t be out of place in any of them.
