The Kula Wollongong exceeded our expectations. The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location suited us perfectly. We used the train a lot, so we appreciated being so close to the station. We love walking, so we appreciated being so close to cafes, shops, and the beach. Our only suggestion to Kula is to improve one minor IT issue. Soon after booking, we uploaded an ID, which was accepted. However, when we arrived, a message asked us to upload it again, which we did. Then, the message we got in reply was missing the access code, so we had to call for help. The customer service agent explained that their system rejects an ID if the first page is not a photo but does not tell the customer at the time. The customer service agent had to send us another message, which finally had the code we needed. It was a minor glitch that did not spoil our experience but is worth Kula looking into in case it affects another customer.
