I have to say the staff is really good, very professional, top of their game Park is safe and convenient as well as the highway is right there well I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone whos thinking of coming here to Boston And one more thing it is reasonably priced and that includes an animal as well

Whoever is writing good reviews are lying and paid shills! This is a 1 star hotel. It houses homeless and the rooms are in disrepair! My room had a broken a/c that was not fixed until Thursday (I complained Monday) was charged for the entire booking and had to have the police escort me due to threats by staff!!!!

Amazing service super helpful very clean just an all round great place to stay will go again not only do you get a great room but they have a nice breakfast and supply you with pots pans and a fullsize fridge also pet friendly what more can you ask for

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is super clean and a great value. The rooms are equipped with 2 burners and a full sized fridge plus a queen bed and a queen sized pull out sofa.

I want to say that if "No" stars should be an option. This place is HORRIBLE AND THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE SUPPORTED BETTER. First off we check in at 8pm on 6/13/2023 and we first complained that the room smelled like it was smoked out and had mold. There was nothing we could do that late at night. The manager Denis Villas told her staff to say she wasn't available for complaints for 3 days and she avoided us. By Friday morning when we checked out and decided to venture to Connecticut because the area was booked for graduations. Ashley told us we would be reimbursed for unused days and she would let Denis know that our room was even supposed to be booked because of the extent of the damage to the room. NO working microwave and only 1 eye on the 2-eye stove was working. The freezer was barely working along with the fridge and the bathroom floor was soaking wet from the shower and most of the floor felt unstable. The carpet was damp and smelly with some sticky material. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean this room. We tried working with them we were stuck there and nothing was done. There wasn't a maintenance personnel available at all we were told. I have called customer relations to no avail and we were told that since we booked on their site and paid in advance we didn't qualify for a refund. This place is a SCAM! Stay away from this place I have stayed at other extended stays and moving forward this company will never see a red cent from me again. What a scam of a policy and lying staff members. It was only 2 workers (brand new to the company) who were honest enough tell the truth. Ashley was nothing but a lying junkie claiming her system was down for check-outs and that Denis wasn't available and we were told by the honest gentleman working there that Denis was right there in the office. They don't have any seating on the grounds and pool was cemented over and you will get locked out just to go out for air from the "so-called" pool area. Stained sheets and dirty laundry machines this place is unreal.

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Ashley. Our room was spotlessly clean. Absolutely no hairs in the bathroom. The bed had fresh clean linens and even the bedspread was clean and fresh! There was a little wear to the room but we were so happy that it was clean. The housekeeping staff here is great! There were many clean bright absorbent towels. The air conditioner worked well. There were adequate outlets and lighting in the room. We met many wonderful people here. Everything that we needed and asked for was quickly furnished. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work but that didn’t matter as much as having a clean room with clean bed linens. And we so very much appreciate the excellent staff working here!!

This was THE WORST hotel I've stayed at in my life. Couldn't believe we checked in with 6 rooms reserved and they gave half of them away. Still somehow charged us double the quoted price, we paid $500 for rooms which were disgusting and horrible. The front desk staff was clueless, unprofessional and completely unhelpful to our plight. It seemed as if no one knew what was going on. There was a different person up there each time we asked about getting our rooms back. One person didn't speak english and said it was her first day working so couldn't help us. Another staff member was threatening to quit and said this is the worst job he's had in his life and another staff member promised to pass along information to the next person who could help us which was a total lie. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST, I'D RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR!!!

This suburban hotel has a lot going for it. Designed for travelers who are planning a longer stay in an area, the location gives easy and close access to banks, supermarkets, restaurants of all sorts, drugstores, etc. And it's maybe 150 yards away from Interstate I-95. Rooms are clean & comfortable, the TV works well and there is lots of parking. Of special note are two employees worth their weight in gold: Ling, the on-site technical /service/handyman, who is cheerful, responsive, quick—and very competent! He's gone out of his way more than once to solve a problem I had… Also of special note is Alyssa, one of the desk clerks: she is not only smart, competent, and efficient, but pleasant, and above and beyond to be helpful. Together, these two outstanding employees at the Woburn location ensure a handicapped senior guest like me have a comfortable stay.
