The Westin Surabaya is an amazing hotel, conveniently located right at Pakuwon Mall, making it incredibly easy to access everything you need. The décor is modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized, spotless, and comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly caring and responsive, especially toward my toddler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids club was a highlight of our trip—my toddler loved visiting it multiple times, giving us parents some much-needed breaks. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the kids club hours into the evening, as it would provide even more flexibility for families. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendliness. Highly recommend!

The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with Westin’s signature Heavenly® Bed ensuring restful sleep. Connected to Pakuwon Mall, very convenient for shopping and eating. The parking quite confusing as connected to mall parking.

His passion and delicate taste for food is extraordinary. And most importantly he make us feel very welcomed and special whenever we come back to Westin Surabaya all the way from Singapore. A super convenient new hotel in west Surabaya that connects directly to the Pakuwon Mall. It is clean and full of amenities including kids pool, kids play area, bath tub, welcome drink, full spread international breakfast, and fitness centre. The service is impeccable and the staff are friendly. Even though the hotel seems to be very crowded, the breakfast place is spacious and is able to accommodate everyone without being overly squeezy. Overall the stay is enjoyable and we will definitely come back.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The best part is the staff. They were all sincere and very friendly. There were some hiccups with noise in the room (we later realised that the hotel rooms’ noise isulation is not strong), but staff tried their best to assist. Thank you to all the wonderful staff! They more than made up for any lapse.
