Good place for a short stay in Wisconsin. Family friendly accommodation. Needs to improve outside pool.

Hotel again charged us resort fee which was already paid while reserving through trip.com.

Really is a dead resort. Small, unimpressive water park, half of everything in the resort was broken. Unkept. Far from everything in town, and legit 1 vending machine it seemed in the entire complex. Check out at 10:30 leaves little ones tired and ragged. Beds, pillows, linens quality comparable to Super 8. Spending $300 for one night was not even close to worth it. My Olympus would have been better 🤐

We had a good time with a very bad start. First, the negative: beware that the hotel will charge you an extra fee when you get there! I was charged an additional $86 "resort fee" when I arrived, and the guy next to me in line had an additional $540! Expect this hidden fee that they don't tell you about. Other than that we had a mostly positive experience. Most staff were very friendly (minus one lady working the water slides who wasn't very nice). The rooms were clean, nice, and big, with a few very small problems (a handle on the sink broken off, but still usable, and a partially broken switch for the fan in the bathroom which was also still usable). I put trash outside our room to be thrown out, and a day later when we left it still hadn't been removed. Overall the hotel is nice and the water park was a lot of fun, but the extra fees right when I arrived soured me on the experience.

Good: park was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was friendly but very judgmental, ie if you don’t know the proper procedure for using a double tube. Cons: it’s far from the dells, like 15-20 minutes to anything worth seeing. Staff seemed mostly Immigrants, had a hard time communicating with the staff due to their ESL. Overall, you get what you pay for. Good for a quick/cheap trip for a larger group but you better just cook/stay there and not travel into town much.

It was almost fine, but the cleaning was very poor. They didn't clean our room or take out the trash. I've stayed in other hotels there and they always clean except in that hotel.
