The house is about three minutes drive from the Perimeter highway. It is close to major walking and biking routes in Bonavista and Sage Creek. This is a tastefully furnished basement in a brand new house. From the sidewalk to the private entrance, this space was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. It comes with a state-of-the-art laundry room, kitchenette, spacious living area, full bath with shower panel, and many more to give you comfort and satisfaction. The house provides free parking at the back of the property and street parking is available all year round (except for snow clearing). The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, coffee maker, and toaster with cooking utensils. Guests are also welcome to have free coffee, tea and green tea. The sectional is comfortable for the family. This suite is also equipped with contactless self-check-in with keycodes. The suite is sanitized with deep cleaning after every visit. While in this suite, you will be staying all by yourself and have access to everything within the suite. Your privacy is guaranteed due to the separate walkway and entrance.
