Another great stay at Winnersh. Pamela and her team are amazing, they never forget a face and even remember our preferred room. Housekeeping ladies make sure we have everything we needed, including a pack of biscuits. Its definitely one of the best hotels we stay at. Clean and tidy, great staff, wonderful restaurant, plus ample parking all in one place. My granddaughter was with us last stay, she bought a raffle ticket, Pamela let her keep picking a ticket till she won, That's what makes great customer service keeping the whole family happy. We will be back soon

A great stay and a really good location. The hotel provided a perfect base for an evening's catch up with friends in Reading. Everything about the stay was fine, including the excellent Premier Inn breakfast, and I would happily book the Premier Inn at Winnersh for a future stay in the area.

I had trouble checking in after a hard day at work and it turned out that the problem was at my end of the booking no fault of premier inn Will on reception remained Professional ,cool and friendly through out ,Will is an assett to your company thanks

First impression from meeting William was positive, one of my conerns was leaving personal tools overnight in a van, William was able to find a storage area which would be a safe place to leave them. He also sorted out the meal bookings with the restaurant and suggested the best place for parking the van.

Stayed at premier inn Winnersh while working in reading, rooms very clean and well presented, bar and block restaurant adjacent has good selection of beers, food is very good, staff in both restaurants and check in, are always in good form and welcoming after a busy day

Chosen for its accessibility into London and Reading via Winnersh Triangle Station - literally around the corner- the hotel was wonderfully clean, with friendly staff who helped with any of our concerns or requests quickly. Bar&Block restaurant - within the hotel - again had attentive and friendly service. On Friday evening the restaurant was pleasantly full and lively but quietened down early enough to not impact upon anyone staying in the hotel. Loads of parking and also close to a cinema and a Costa (although this had erratic opening times). Would definitely choose again.

We had a great accessible twin room with space and well placed facilities and aids that made our stay (my mother is in a wheelchair) a delightful, stressed free time. Very helpful and friendly staff were very accommodating. A great night's sleep.

I travel all over the uk and stay in premier inns regularly, this one without doubt has the most friendliest staff and best breakfast I’ve had. Shout out to Will when I checked in who couldn’t do enough , especially as the lift was broken and couldn’t be more apologetic and too the all the staff on a breakfast on 15th November. Met with a smile and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. Well done all.
