Warm up at night by the outdoor fire pit or by the pellet stove in the winter.We are ABNB superhosts adventuring out on to VRBO! This property is not waterfront, it is less than a five minutes stroll to our shares and owned waterfront at the beach. No pets allowed ever. No parties ever. No more than four people can stay the night. Additional guests (after the 4 you are allowed) $150 each per person for the day. No spending the night(if this rule is broken and additional guests after 4 spend the night that is additional 75 for each person), ever. No tents. You buy your own wood.No obnoxious behavior on the beach or at the camp. No drinking on the beach. No food on the beach. This is a private neighborhood and private beach. No parties on the beach.
