Staff where excellent. They could do enough to help The bed was two beds put together. So no idea. No space pillows. Food we only had breakfast, lots of choice Not sure what they had done to the water to make a cup of tea. But had a unpleasant taste

Few niggles but fantastic stay overall especially the Spa service! Didn’t order food or try the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Toilet facilities fully equipped with essentials you might be missing, like toiletries for women, dry shampoo and deodorant. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, so it’s a nice touch! Close to the station which is a bonus, a little walk to the city centre with plenty of places to eat.

Things could be improved. The check in routine is unnecessary- not one room will be released until exactly 15.00 hours. The rooms are small and with the black furniture, carpet and curtains the are a bit depressing.

We had a lovely 4-night stay. The hotel was conveniently located near the city centre, making it easy for us to explore on foot. We didn’t indulge in the spa treatments, but the breakfast was absolutely delicious and highly recommended.

We were looking for a place to stay whilst we visited Winchester and decided to go here. The room was spacious and the air con was lovely on a very hot day. The bed was lovely and comfortable and was nice and clean. Will definitely book you again to experience the spa side of things in the future

Fantastic hotel. Stayed for 2 nights business and 2 nights leisure for a friends wedding.  Hotel staff very accomadating! Amazing food! Try the pie! You won’t regret it!  Thanks for a great stay.  Ideal local with a short walk into the city centre.

Brilliant location, lovely rooms and spa facilities. Friendly staff. Would stay again

The hotel is a 5 min walk to the train station and a 10 min walk to the city center ! We loved the swimming pool it was clean and there weren’t too many people.

Too many people in the spa, a little bit dirty, breakfast is average, location is good

Location is convenient with 10-15 mins walk to the town and trains station. Breakfast is the same every day. Sound insulation is not good and you can hear what happened next door. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, proactive helped us to load the luggages to the car after we checked out

Sadly I can't tell you how it was. Despite a friend being taken in to hospital over 24 hours before trip amd therefore having to cancel. I was not allowed to cancel or even postpone. Shame as now I'll never go back there due to this. Or use trip

Lovely hotel and spa . Only let down was the car park attached to hotel only has one way in , no exit very very dangerous there was four of us grid locked inside it. Lucky we were all good drivers and managed to exit . There is a public one outside , but hotel car park is very limited and dangerous hardly any room inside , weird old shape and reverse driving more than forward . Hotel are cash less and there attitude was.... ah na , sorry cashless system . Shop up road. that's all they could offer don't give a dam how you park. Also took 160 deposit and will return sometime after. At later date. That was the real letdown reception staff.. .. not my problem attitude was poor. While the people that did get in hotel carpark was lucky to pay at reception off there deposit. Such poor service for such a lovely hotel. Apart from that the rest good.
