All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels, two beach chairs, umbrella and beach accessories. Two bikes are also available. A block away from tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts. This quaint home includes a comfortable living room, a dining room that seats six, a well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor grilling area. The bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Additional sleeping is available on the fold-out sofa in the living room. The front porch, and side deck offer great outdoor space for enjoying coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Fenced in front yard for the pups. This home is not only in a prime location to enjoy Historic Wilmington, but has everything you need to make for a relaxing getaway!
