Booked room through trip.com. Upon checking in, I was told my payment that I submitted through trip.com did not go through which I had a receipt that it did. Front desk said I had to pay again. So I ended up paying $350+ for a one night stay. I still have not received my refund from Marriot nor have I received a reply. Very dissatisfied with customer service.
