We prepaid the hotel stay, then upon check-in the agent told us he needed to charge is for the rooms again, but the charge would drop. Well they didn't. Talked to 2 different people on 6/29 and 1 said we needed to wait an hour to talk to someone else. That person told us the hold would drop. Well the hold did drop, but a different charge went through for a different amount, and then a different amount went on as a hold. All of this was not authorized or signed for. We have been getting the run around by the office staff every since 6/30. Today 7/2 spent 45 minutes calling and getting disconnected. Finally got through and we're told the manager was to buy to deal with our call and addressing the charges.
