Reges Oceanfront Resort

We stay at the Regis in May and October. Are stay is always pleasant. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. We stayed on the 4th, 6th and 8th floors and get a classic efficiency. The pool is heated in Oct 80 deg. And the hot tub is clean. Restaurant has good food. A good value and check out the specials.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My family and I were thrilled to take our first family vacation as a family of four to Wildwood. After a lot of research and based on great recommendations, we chose Reges to create our first memories. Unfortunately, a tropical storm had been predicted to hit during the length of our stay and will impact this location immensely. So much so that the pier and games and rides are choosing to close down. When my husband and I called explaining we no longer felt safe vacationing during a tropical storm with a 1 year old and 3 year old, we were hoping we could reschedule our trip to a later date. We even offered to pay the up charge if we rescheduled during high season. We wanted to give the hotel our business. We were told “no” and to “reread our policy”. My husband was told “managers do not come to the phone” and to email where we would get a response in 2-3 weeks time. They did not work with us, didn’t care about the storm or our safety and couldn’t careless if we came back. We are very disappointed in this hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The pool is warm. The jacuzzi is very nice. The breakfast staff at the restaurant were great. The afternoon staff so/so. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom is extremely small. Very outdated. The toilet paper roll is right on your lap.

We arrived to easy parking and easy check in. Our room was clean and quiet. Great ocean views! We walked right out to the beach no problem. We enjoyed breakfast downstairs in the morning and it was reasonably priced and delicious. My only advice is bring your snacks and soda or drinks. We had to walk to the hotel next door to get soda from a vending machine. Our hotels was empty. Otherwise perfect stay!

The Reges Resort is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy summer fun. These all beachfront family friendly updated rooms are large and airy. The pool is clean and warm. The rooms are spotless and the staff makes you feel at home. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely gorgeous place. Clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Will be there next year with the family for our reunion. Thanks for the use of the entire rec room and both refrigerator. The grills definitely came in handy for our salmon dinner
