Walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway 4.5 km, gondola lift 4.5 km, slopes 4.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 600 m, ski school, children's ski school, cross country ski track, ice rink, children's playground 950 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: SkiJuwel Alpbachtal - Wildschönau 4.5 km, Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental 15 km. The apartment is really nice and the landlady is very friendly and tries hard to make everything comfortable. We also had a fantastic view and it only took a few minutes to walk to the center of town. An all-round successful holiday.

The apartment is very clean. There is enough space. A large balcony to enjoy the sun and the view. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated. Everything is there to cook for yourself. The reception by the owner is very friendly

You can stay there with fellow travelers up to 8 people for young and old. But not wheelchair friendly. Beautiful surroundings

Super clean apartment and very very nice, nice and helpful landlord. We felt very comfortable. All we were missing was the usual large coffee mugs and placemats to protect the beautiful table. Everything else was perfect! Many thanks to the Unterberger fa
