An oasis of tranquillity and charm. We loved our stay of 6nights , the room was spacious and very comfortable, bathroom equally spacious. After touring for 4 weeks this was the right place for a breather , a bit of R and R. It was such a treat to have breakfast in the terrace with the smell of jasmine and watching the birds, some only endemic to the wilderness. They had special feeders to attract humming birds ( cape sun birds) so beautiful. Manager Ann was so helpful to all the guests and all staff were a delight to meet . Loved it and fab location.

A beautiful boutique hotel with the most friendly service, nothing too much trouble. We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite, which was absolutely beautiful, most spacious and comfortable although having a little peek at the other rooms, they were all beautifully furnished and spacious, none were disappointing! The breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable, homemade granola, fresh fruit and delicious scrambled eggs with smoked salmon..my favourite. All freshly served with choice of teas and coffee etc. A short walk takes you to the centre with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, we had 3 nights and chose The Girls and llani both were excellent choices and lunch at salinas Highly recommend

We stayed at this guest house several years ago and we loved it then and we loved it just as much this time. The welcome was exceptional, the staff are so nice! The rooms are a great size (ours had 2 balconies) and extremely well appointed. The place is not super modern but that is not a problem, it feels comfortable and like a home from home. The staff cannot do enough for you and they complimentary welcome drink is a lovely touch. We even had jugs of water and crisps brought to our loungers whilst relaxing by the pool - unprompted! The setting is like a little oasis, calm and peaceful but no distance to local eateries and the beach. Cannot recommend the place enough, would happily return- lovely!!

Amazing hotel, great location and great Staff. We had a fantastic stay at Cinnamon Boutique Hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect — close to the beach and peaceful. The pool and garden area were so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wilderness. Thank you so much for my Birthday wine

Wow what an amazing treat! Lovely facility, fantastic room, comfy bed, well appointed bath and coffee area. Delicious breakfast and super attention to all the details needed when traveling. The entire hotel is just charming with two separate lounges. Staff - very attentive and just want to make your stay special. A quick walk to a beautiful beach plus local restaurants right around the corner (no need to drive). Loved our stay! And a huge should out to Ann who was truly the most amazing GM we have ever met. Thank you Ann for making our stay so special!!!

We enjoyed an exceptional four-night stay at the Cinnamon Boutique Guest House. Our accommodation was wonderfully decorated, comfortable, and immaculately clean. During a period of our stay, to no fault of the property, the water supply went out overnight, but the team scrambled to obtain bottled water and kept us constantly apprised of the situation. Turns out a major pipe had burst and shut off water to the whole town. The booking, check in and check out process was flawless, and we particularly enjoyed the welcoming service and friendless of staff, including that of Ntombi and Ann. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, and I encourage everyone to try the home-made muesli mix! We will return to the Wilderness area but will look nowhere else for our accommodation. I can’t recommend the Cinnamon house more strongly!

Cinnamon Boutique Hotel is an absolute delight! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warm hospitality and stunningly beautiful surroundings. The rooms are impeccable, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

What a lovely welcome we had We arrived and were welcomed by Ann, who kindly showed us the facilities of the hotel. Our room was beautifully presented, with every attention to detail. We loved the welcome drink, such a thoughtful addition. The pool was clean and inviting and the bird-life in the garden made our stay. The reception was so helpful giving us little tips for the area, in fact all of the staff went above and beyond their duties. A truly super hotel. Thank you.

A one night stop over as part of a trip on the Garden Route, and we were most impressed with the quality of the rooms, the excellent breakfast. the attention we received from the staff - they could not have been more helpful. The location is excellent - close to the beach and several good restaurants. By chance it was one of our party's birthday on the day we were due to leave and the staff presented us with a cake and a rendition of happy birthday at the breakfast table - an additional memory to take away from pleasant stay at this excellent Guest House.

What an unexpected delight. The friendliest staff greeted us, then took us to our room which was absolutely luxurious. We felt like royalty. Alas our stay was one night only. We walked across the road to a wonderful sandy beach and on the way back had a meal close to the hotel before a really restful nights sleep. Anna gets a special mention for her excellent recommendations for things to visit as we proceed with our trip. Breakfast was fabulous and we had good talks with all of the staff. We would like to thank you all at Cinnamon and hope to visit again in the future.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast (best omelette of holiday and eggs Benedict) and ideal location. Sun loungers very comfy, staff very friendly and easy access to restaurants. Definitely recommend. Wish had stayed longer in Wilderness

We had a great two night stay at this excellent guest house. The staff were lovely. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and was taken outside whilst watching the exotic birds in the beautiful oasis of a garden. It was a short and safe walk into the main village centre where there were independent and traditional shops, a terrific beach and great restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Cinnamon.

Lovely hotel. Very central to everything & great helpful staff. Bedroom was very large , big bathroom with bath , shower & 2 basins. Large patio area with sunbeds Lovely breakfast, fresh fruit, continental & cooked breakfasts available. Communal swimming pool & sunbed area. Highly recommend this hotel
