Elevator needs help

Very pleased with my stay. Staff was courteous, check-in fast, breakfast good enough for free (the fresh pico, shredded cheese & tortillas were a nice touch for the eggs & ground sausage), room kind of dated, but clean and comfy. They actually had decent pillows! If you're sensitive to highway noise, ask for a room in the back - but it didn't bother me. AC was c-c-c-cold (yay!). Fridge & microwave worked great. TV small, good, room was good size. We had the 1 bdm, 2 queen with 1 king room. Free parking. Safe area, walking distance to a couple of restaurants and next door to grocery store. Overall good value & would definitely stay again.

A very Wonderful stay. Very clean and quiet hotel. It was located right off the highway and easy to find. The room was large and the bed and pillows so comfy. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and with a lot of variety. The hostess was so friendly. We talked with a group of Harley bikers who were staying here and they were very congenial. We learned they had a ride out of Wichita Falls today, about 75 of them. We loved seeing them ride off in the sunshine before we checked out.

The place is well kept and clean. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was free and very acceptable. Waffles in the shape of the Great State of Texas.

The room was filthy! The bathtub had what looked like vomit in it and hair was stuck to it!🤮. The bathroom floor had not been swept/vacuumed or mopped. There was stuff on the floor behind the door and toilet. There were no hand towels to dry your hands on. My husband went to the front desk to get hand towels and tell them about the tub. The clerk was rude and said she would call someone. When he was telling her about the room he and another guest told her that there is a cockroach running around in front of the desk! I went to the front desk to report the room again. The clerk was very nice and said we should have been offered another room. I sent her pictures of the tub. She said she would report it. She called us and said she talked to the general manager and they would give us 20% off! Really? That’s an insult because they charged us $20 for our pet who is cleaner than the room and I wouldn’t let him on the floor! We will not be back!

Great value, clean and cool. Would stay here over and over again. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very nice.

Traveling with an animal can be trying. Very attentive staff. Location was clean and well groomed. Exceptional price. Many options for food close by. Breakfast was fresh and good. Very good experience. I recommend stopping at this location.

I have stayed in this hotel about 5 times and it is a very clean and well-run place to stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is close to restaurants and shopping, and the coffee is good!

Great motel with good breakfast and clean rooms. The breakfast lady is first class and deserves a huge raise! She is a fantastic ambassador for your motel!
