There is WIFI on the property, 2 smart TVs, both bed are sofa beds 1 full and 1 twin. Easily convert your living space into sleeping space in this cute and cozy nightly rental. We have grill area with a picnic table (weather permitting) and fire pit. Guests provide own wood for that. Within 5 miles is a Walmart, Atwoods, and several restaurants and 1 grocery store.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Strick NO PARTY policy. Just right

Small getaway
Very nice and quiet, and had everything we needed. Two TV’s, two hideaway beds, and a front porch to set out on and enjoy the peacetime.

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay, but the wifi was my only problem. Had a hard time watching any tv because it would constantly buffer. Other than that it's a very cute place to stay.

Perfect get away
The property manager was fantastic, super responsive, and helpful with last minute change to an earlier arrival date. This was perfect location for a weekend visit with our Airman staying at Sheppard AFB, only five minutes to the base. The property was clean, comfortable, and most importantly it was in a safe environment.

Tiny house
We only needed a place to sleep on our road trip from Salt Lake to Dallas, and this place worked just fine. I liked that it was quiet, easy to find, and easy to get into even in the dark; since we arrived at about 1 AM… Significantly later than we had originally hoped.
I will say I wasn't prepared for two small hide a beds… But they were comfortable enough. We arrived late and left quite early the next morning, so didn't really do anything other than sleep.
