This is such a lovely place to stay. It’s very comfortable with individual chalets. The host, Toby was extremely gracious and helpful. Lin’s breakfast was perfect. The in room amenities are top notch! No complaints possible. I hope to return for the Aurora.

Not great for off season. The room is nice. Views were misty most of the time. The space was nice, just underwhelming for the price. Sheets are rougher than I would have expected. Listed with fireplace, couldn't use it off season, it was a chilly rainy day and would have made our stay better. I'm sure it's great with the stuff like a fire indoors and out during winter season, just not worthwhile in the summer.

The best trip that I have had in Canada so far. Thank you to the Team NLRS for making the experience a wonderful one. The cabins are beautiful and cozy. Patrick, Loise, Lynn, James, Toby, the nightguards who were waiting with us in the coldness and taking care of us, the housekeeping, and all the staff deserve big kudos! Seeing the Northern Lights was amazing but you made the experience unique. I will definitely come back with my family!

We had the best experience we could ask for on our adventure to see the Northern Lights! Tobi, Lynn & the entire team made our time at the resort a first-class experience from the minute that we arrived in Whitehorse until we departed! The meals were delicious, varied, and they utilized local sourcing as much as possible! The accommodations were cozy and comfortable! The staff made sure that no detail was ignored and their knowledge allowed us to relax & soak in everything we could! Anyone wanting to get the Northern Lights experience needs to get here as fast as they can!!

What a fabulous place to stay. Everything from the accommodations, staff, and meals were top notch. Tobi and Lynn, the owners, were gracious hosts. Chef James made such delicious meals that we always looked forward to the next meal. Patrick, our dinner host, was knowledgeable, entertaining and efficient. Reimi gave me one of the best deep tissue massage I have ever experienced. The spa area with its saunas were very clean and relaxing. Uli, our night guide, was enthusiastic and informative. We loved seeing the lights dance across the sky! I loved the intimacy of the resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to see the Northern Lights.

The luxury log chalets, food, spa & tours are excellent! The Staff and Owner go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. They customize your dinners if you have special dietary requests. It is gormet! The cabins are luxury and private all with a view of the open sky. Every night is a huge campfire with smors! There are tours during the day to see the beautiful mountains and wildlife. You can have a day at a hot springs spa too.

The staff were fantastic. They take brilliant care of you with delicious food and high quality service. The experience is wonderful, very relaxing and peaceful 💕 Highly recommend if you want a winter wonderland with the chance to see lights

Just returned home from the 5 night package offered by Northern Lights Resort and Spa. It was the perfect balance of exploring Whitehorse for 2 days and then retreating to the quiet beauty of the Resort. It was a worry-free holiday with all of the resort staff going the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible stay and experience. The location of the resort was spectacular with wonderful views and trails, the food excellent (even accommodating my daughter's the vegetarian diet), the cabin super comfy and cosy, and the offered tours varied and well guided. A vacation to remember even if the 'Aurora' were somewhat ellusive.

This resort is perfectly situated for the northern lights. The owners and staff are organized, professional, warm, knowledgeable and well versed. Toby was around most of the time to make sure everything was running smoothly. Patrick with his poker face has a great sense of humor & is very knowledgeable & helpful. We learned a lot from his mini scientific lecture on the northern lights. Uli was warm, friendly, accommodating and was especially good company at the bonfire. Jonas was attentive, entertaining and very helpful. James got his menu selection on point and satisfied the cravings I had. Reimy gave me one of the most stress & tension release massages. Louise had such a pleasant disposition! This intimate resort has such a perfect team to ensure their guests were happy, pleased and comfortable. It felt like an international family reunion. Our room was cozy, clean and complete with all the amenities we could imagine. The walking trails were great for exploring & burning the calories from the fantastic desserts. Service was tops! Tours by James, Rick & Yu were leisurely paced, relaxing, interesting and informative. How I wish this resort was not too far from us because we are ready to return. It was a most unforgettable experience, thank you all so much to the Northern Lights Resort & Spa. Hope to be back there ASAP!
