I highly recommend the Carleton Lodge to anyone visiting Whistler for a ski vacation. The location is fantastic and the apartment (307) was great!

The apartment we stayed in was just nice for my family, had 2 nice rooms with a good sized living area where the extra bed was. The hotel location is super convenient. Would like to commend a staff, Louie. He was very prompt in his response to our requests & helped with loading & unloading our luggage. Thank you!

We have been to Whistler over 10 times and have stayed at Whistler hotels as well as Blackcomb condos. This is by far the best place we've stayed because of the responsive staff, quiet, spacious and well laid out living quarters and location, location and location. The location was particularly helpful with small kids in ski school. You check in/out at the beginning/end of your stay, at the Sundial hotel which is next door. All the locks are combinations so you never have to carry around a key. The ski lockers and parking are in the basement, although we didn't use the parking facilities. It was easy to go in and out of the ski lockers. There is no swimming pool or Jacuzzi facilities but we typically don't use them anyway. Housekeeping comes every 3 days at a time you specify. They will text you notes and if you need anything you can text or call. In particular Ceris, Robbie, Rach C, Roxy and Kyle were very helpful. We would definitely come back!!

Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. Comfortable, cozy place to stay. Came up with family, and we are now talking about making this an annual trip and staying there. Definitely recommend.

Spectacular view and nice weather.There are elevators problem in the morning around 8pm .It was fixed by 10am. Easy access to carpark. Staff in Sundial check in counter is polite with great smile. I do enjoy the trip.

The staff are friendly. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. There are appliances we needed for cooking and having meal. The view outside is awesome. We all slept well at night. The location is convenient, many delicious food around the lodge.

Room 305- the internet is very slow. The TV didn't work right. Just watching regular TV the picture would freeze like a really bad internet connection. The metal shaky bunk bed is sketchy. Seems like it could break. Definitely the best location at Whistler! The building and especially the room could use a renovation. The reason for the lower ratings on arrival and departure are that we had an overheight vehicle and there is no easy way to get baggage/ski's to the Carlton when you don't fit in the underground parkade. We had to carry everything with multiple trips through the village to get everything from the car to the room. I think a cart in the parkade that could be wheeled underground from Sundail lobby to Carelton rooms would help.

We rented room 305 in Carleton Lodge. The room was spacious, clean and has an amazing location overlooking the gondola. The gondola is a few steps from the front door. The communication with the lodge was also 5 star. We had a few questions and all were resolved in seconds. Jacob made sure we had the most amazing stay. We can’t thank him enough. We can’t wait to be back!
